We really enjoyed our stay on Wesley Avenue. The home was perfect for our large group and easily walkable to all of the shops, the boardwalk, and the beach. Thank you for providing such a great house for our stay.

Beautiful home. Loved feeling of privacy in all bedrooms. Did not cook or eat in but would have been lovely setting to do so.

Rick's property was beautiful and elegant, and not a typical beach house. However, it did have all the amenities such as an outdoor shower and hose. The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. As with most shore rentals, sheets and towels are not supplied, and that was clearly stated. Coming from CA, it is a bit different than we would have expected, but the norm for shore houses. You must also supply your own hair dryer, as they are not provided,. That is also typical, as I was told. It was a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, and there is a Bennie's and many other restaurants nearby, All in all, a very beautiful, comfortable house with many outdoor decks/porches. The rental was amazing and very spacious. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 children to live and play together and apart as needed. The beach is a 10 minute walk as well as the boardwalk. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Spent three fabulous weeks at Rick’s property. Generations of family and friends reunited and reconnected at our favorite family resort. Rick’s home was spacious, clean and comfortable with ample space for everyone. It was the perfect gathering spot for dinners and small celebrations. The decks throughout the house are amazing additional spaces. Both Rick and neighbor, Maryellen were responsive and extremely accommodating. It felt like Maryellen was my own neighbor. The house location is great…close to everything, but away from commercial noise and crowds. The neighborhood felt more residential than other OC areas which I prefer as we spent many years in the Gardens. The private parking was a big plus, as we had visitors who could park without problem and the garage housed my father’s vintage convertible during our stay. Everyone was very comfortable in this home away from home. We look forward to coming back next year.

My family had another beautiful stay at this luxurious condo on 4th and Wesley! With its perfect location and condo amenities, we had the ultimate stay in OCNJ! Thank you to Rick and his family who helped our family make memories!!

The property was comfortable but the elevator had some issues that made me feel hesitant to use it. Most significantly, I took offense at the Inventory Listing of every item in the property, including small plastic spoons/cups and every dish and towel, and the frequent threats posted throughout the unit that we would be charged for any missing or damaged items. I felt as if I was being targeted as a potential thief and I resent that. I don't feel any additional comments will be helpful but it's unlikely that we would return to this property.

This home is large, lovely and well located for a family! Teens can walk to the beach or boardwalk on their own without crossing the busiest streets. There are numerous porches to accommodate quiet reading and time apart. Parking for 4 vehicles (garage and driveway) is a big plus! It was easy to rent linens and beach equipment, and there's an outdoor cupboard filled with sand toys for the little ones. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment (although I would have appreciated knowing in advance that I needed to bring salt and pepper, a sponge, and windex to clean the big glass table). The elevator was very much appreciated for hauling luggage and supplies up to the 3rd floor living area. Furniture was comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms. The laundry was very handy! My only other suggestion is to add some sliders to the bottoms of the porch furniture feet. We tried hard to heed the instruction to not drag the furniture across the porch floors because they had recently been painted, but this is virtually impossible to get 10 and 12 year olds to remember - and the chairs were substantial and heavy. All in all this was a great place and we all highly recommend it!!!

My family and I had a great time at Rick’s property. The house is huge and great for a family of 10! The location is also great and an easy walk to the beach! We appreciated that there was a high chair and also toys and games for kids. Our family also loved eating all our meals outside on the main porch! We look forward to staying here again!

Fabulous house with all amenities including an elevator and a balcony in every room. Conviently located, 5 minute easy walk to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the Asbury Ave shopping district.

10 of us stayed and had a great time. We loved having so much space and the elevator was a big plus for my elderly mother.

My family had a GREAT time staying at this luxurious home with top of the line amenities!! I have stayed in OCNJ for 17 summers and this was by far, the best rental property I have ever stayed in!! Location, layout, cleanliness and space are just a few assets!! Looking forward to staying again next summer!! Just an amazing stay!!

This home was a spectacular destination for my husband's 70th birthday celebration. We were able to provide luxurious accommodations for our two daughters and their families, along with two friends, and everyone was charmed by their rooms, the great rooms, the balconies, and the comfort they afforded us all. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained - the elevator makes loading in and out a pleasure. We spent hours on the beach and on the boardwalk in Ocean City, and the children were thrilled with their visits to Wonderland Amusement Park. We were happy to find the restaurant John and Patty's on Asbury - great breakfast and affordable dinners. In all, an exciting week spent in Ocean City! Thanks Rick!!

Our family of eight adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed home. Although the furnishings are elegant, we were very comfortable and they even had a child sized table and chair set both in the livingroom and on the deck....accommodating for all ages. We so appreciated the elevator as both my husband and I have knee issues. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and the downstairs neighbors were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the boardwalk and shuffleboard, just a short walk from the house. We would love to return in the future.

What a wonderful vacation at 425 Wesley in Ocean City. The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for my family of 8 plus two babies under 6 months. We made good use of the high chair---and the suite room accomodated the pac n play perfectly. Also the other room on the second floor was roomy enough for baby two (too)! The laundry room doubled as a bottle station for the formulas and also for bathing babies. It was a perfect set-up. We were very comfortable in the living and dining areas......and kitchen as well. My husband and I were like the king and queen upstairs in the elegant master bedroom with the great balcony attached. Everyone enjoyed their own balconies as well. Rick was very amiable, attentive and quick to respond to any concerns and questions I had prior to the trip. All in all----it was a stellar week and one that we will be reminiscing for a long time to come.

My wife family had a family reunion here it accommodated about 40 adults and children, the house was so large the kids had a play room in one of the bedrooms. Lots of stairs, like most of Ocean City, but the elevator was a back saver. The reunion was on a Sunday the rest of the week there were 6 adults and 4 kids 5 and under no one got on each others nerves because of the size of the house. Would recommend this house especially for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for the 4 small families we had staying here for our vacation. Our only concern was ants in the kitchen were found when we arrived. However, after I contacted the owner it was taken care of immediately. The location was great too. We could walk to the shops on Asbury, the beach, and boardwalk. We would rent again. Thanks!

First of all I have to apologize to Rick about a prior review of mine. The review was correct but I wanted to give 4 stars and only one star appeared. Don't know how that happened. We had our annual family get together with children and grandchildren and had a great time at a great place. We would not have returned if it was a one star quality place. TV sets were upgraded to flat screen, although tv time was minimal as most evenings were spent on the porch and there was no world cup games on. Suggestions for improvement: the study room especially could use some window treatment to allow sleeping in later than dawn. The location makes it easy to get to beach and downtown, so we could go our separate ways on foot without using cars. The large porch is especially inviting as it overlooks the quiet park. The farmers market held on the grounds of the nearby Church grounds is also a nice diversion during the week. Having multiple floors allows more privacy with a large group of ten. We had a great time despite the cold ocean water that week of 59 degrees (late June) but I understand it warmed up rather quickly after we left.

We had a great time on our vacation this year. The home is just beautiful and very comfortable. We had beautiful weather. Also, the rooms are large so everyone fits in them without being on top of one another. There are also so many places to go if you want some quiet time. The kitchen is very well stocked. In all, it's a great place to stay to make many happy memories.
