Everything as described. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Easy and convenient access to the ferry for Shackelford which was or main reason for coming. Thank you.

The place was good for a couple guys golfing & fishing for a long weekend

2 queen beds ended up as 1 queen and 1 double. Water leaked from faucetsb in both showers. Older apartment needs lots of updates. Dishwasher has a lot of settlement in the bottom. Lots of stairs to get to the room and out to the beach. Tv in smaller bedroom didn't work. Will not stay again.

This is a great place to stay. Its probably our 4th time staying there. The full kitchen is wonderful, so we dont have to go to Amos Mosquitoes every night! 😀 We will be back.

Enjoyed our stay at Betsy’s place. Unfortunately a tropical storm came through during the first 2 days while there so we were limited on things to do. The sun finally came out on the final day and had a great time at the beach. Great location and great amenities.

We had an amazing time at the condo and the beach! The location of the condo is GREAT! We would definitely consider coming here again. The host had Great communication! The only thing we weren’t very happy with was the cleanliness of it. The rugs and couch pillows were kind of dirty and the whole place needed a real deep cleaning . We weren’t very picky so we just dealt with it and had fun😁

The unit is convenient to everything: you can walk to the beach and Fort Macon. Restaurants and a great local brewery are a very short drive away. The unit — especially the kitchen — is very well equipped, and all the appliances worked well.

This condo was an amazing unit clean the house was terrific we had an amazing view from our balcony of the ocean and the inland waterway we will certainly stay again

From the pictures we could see that it was an older condo lacking upgraded appliances and furnishings, which we expected. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo overall. There was visible black mold on the air vents, black dust on ceilings, hair on the floor and in the drains of the bathrooms, a torn shower lining, walls and light switches had dirty finger prints and smudges that could have been easily been cleaned and wiped away, linens were “clean” but old and stained, mattresses and pillows were lumpy and cheap, and so much more I could list. But the amount of mold and mildew in the bathrooms was most alarming considering that we are charged a “cleaning fee” to stay there. Again, we understood going in that this was an older and outdated condo, but cleanliness can be achieved despite age. Walls need to be cleaned and refreshed with paint and appliances and fixtures need to be updated. Although we enjoyed our stay in Atlantic Beach, we would not stay here again.

The property was easily accessible. Instructions were provided and easy to follow. The property was not clean or maintained compared to other properties I’ve stayed in both here in the us and abroad. I wonder when the owner last visited and if she would want family and friends to stay there. Condo needs to be deep cleaned, upgrade the appliances and paint.

We had a nice stay. The unit does not have an ocean view like a previous review stated. There is a slight view from the balcony. Unit is older and needs some updating. Betsy's instructions were very detailed. One suggestion for the owner is to have a working clock, so guests know what time it is. We put the clock radio from bedroom in the living room during our stay. Thank you Betsy for opening up your home to us.

We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching sunrises and sunsets while listening to the ocean. The condo was close to activities and restaurants. Truly enjoyed our visit.

My family throughly enjoyed staying at Seaspray. We had a great time! We will be returning.

This place was perfect for my 3 year old and I to visit the beach for the last time this year. The property was awesome. Condo was just as pictured and was super close to the beach/beach access areas. If you're looking for a quiet area with plenty of good food/fun options this is the place. Will def. re-book here again!

We have stayed at several Sea Spray condos and are never disappointed! We love the private beach access and the convenience of the location. This condo also has a small washer and dryer which was perfect.

This quiet beach vacation is one my family looks forward to each and every summer! Spacious condo for our family of 4, close to the pristine beach, nearby delicious seafood, daily excursions available, plus so many other options of entertainment for a family getaway. There's no place like Betsy's, and it was Lovely as Always!

Nice condo. However, it was not properly cleaned as evidenced by hair in tub and empty water bottle on floor at sofa’s edge. No handle or lock on balcony door. There was painter’s tape covering the whole where the handle and lock should have been. This made the door difficult to open and close. The fire extinguisher gauge was in the red, making it unusable. Big safety hazard. Date on extinguisher was 1980!

Clean

We were looking for a relaxing weekend to unplug. This place was perfect for that. Quiet setting but very accessible to conveniencies.

The condominium complex is disappointing with dark hallways and inconvenient entrance ways. The beach access was very good. The pool was not open during our stay but was attractive and well maintained. The condominium we stayed in was nicely furnished and well equipped with kitchen utensils. A negative is that the master bathroom is very small. The only maintenance issue we noticed was that the television in the guest bedroom was not working.

Betsy was a pleasure to rent from. Very responsive. Well stocked condo. Everything we needed was there. Could use a fresh coat of paint throughout and new mattresses. Even in mid March the weather was perfect.
