This property was true to advertized . 4 bed 3 bath . Checkin was easy and host allowed us early entry due to long travel. Was appreaciated .Our unit manager answered emails quickly re any concerns . The unit was fully stocked for our family ie dishes , towels etc . Could use fry pans No rental needs plastic flowers . These were dusty and we just removed to a cupboard. There were points of this unit that could have been better , the ac vents were obviously not cleaned in a while . The pillows are worn out . We purchased our own . Biggest disappointment was the in unit pool could not be heated due to a mechanical issue. The resort pool was great and staff at the clunhouse were also very friendly and helpful. Overall i give this unit 3 stars .

I want to thank the owners for the quick response. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have no vacation rental. The rental we had canceled the day before our trip. My mother enjoyed the down stair master bedroom and the rest of us enjoyed upstairs. The kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. My family enjoyed the pool. It was just and awesome stay. My one year old niece even started walking. Thank you the Butts Family

It was a great place to stay. We had two families staying at this place a total of 11 people and there was plenty of room overall. The club house pool was very nice with lots of room. The location was perfect since it was a short drive to multiple attractions and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend, I would stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay very clean and well maintained property, pool was pretty small but we enjoyed it.

since the moment I pulled out the trundle bed under my sons, twin bed and noticed a hair. It was downhill from there. I gave my son a bath the first night and there was black sand like stuff floating in the tub. There was hair on the toilet seats that had a sign saying it was cleaned. The toilet paper in the master bath had been dropping in water or something and put back on the roll. There was old towels. The shades were loaded with dust in the living room. The apartment itself was very nice but the cleanliness was lacking big time. I was advised I couldn’t check in early because we needed to give the cleaning crew time to clean well I’m glad I wasted my day driving around Orlando and Kissimmee only to find that the place was not cleaned to a standard that me, nor my family would ever recommend

Home was everything we asked for and more!!!

We had a good stay in Paradise Palms. The neighborhood amenities were very nice and I hadn't actually realized we would have them when we booked. So it was a nice bonus. The community pool, playground, the game room, and movie theater in the community center were all utilized at one point or another by my family and they were hits! The location is decent. We generally took 20-25 minutes from leaving the condo to parking at one of the Disney parks. It's convenient to stores and restaurants as well. The house itself is fine. It's nothing special and it is clear no one has ever actually lived there. The kitchen utensils and cookware are few. The condo has beds for 12 people but not that many plates or glasses (or it is exactly that many). The pool was clean and fun to play in. Beds allow a lot of movement if your partner rolls over but are clean and look well maintained. Towels don't actually dry you off. Overall, it's a perfectly fine condo to rent if you're going to be in the theme parks. It's convenient and quiet with a lot of space for a family.

Everything was as advertised.It was clean and well organized.The splash pool was a lifesaver for our young grandchildren.However,I was promised a Starbucks card after my review.Two weeks later I have not received it after multiple inquiries.
