We had a good time with the beach for the backyard. We were a group of girlfriends and had good time and Amanda was very kind to offer us early and late check-in which we didn't get to use 😞

Can’t recommend Michael and Amanda’s place enough. Beautiful location and house had loads of nice features which made the stay quite comfortable. Their communication throughout the trip was fantastic and would definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming holiday house, with my family. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness that greeted us. The attention to detail, especially Amanda's thoughtfully curated gift basket, was truly heartwarming. It wasn't just a generic welcome - it was inclusive and culturally sensitive, reflecting a deep understanding of diverse guest needs. The house is nestled right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the waves as your constant companion. As for amenities, this place had everything one could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. From well-equipped kitchen supplies to cozy living spaces, every aspect was meticulously arranged for the guests' comfort. The only minor downside was the large sliding doors; while they provided stunning views, the instalment of fly screens would remove the issue of flies during the day, and insects at night. Despite this small drawback, I would highly recommend a stay here. It's a tranquil oasis where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy the beauty of nature right at your doorstep. Don't miss the chance to experience this slice of paradise – you won't be disappointed!

Amanda's property is perfectly located by the quied sands of Kiama Downs and has everything you need for a great getaway.

The property was very spacious, quiet and clean with all the amenities you need. Amazing beachfront views and access. The location was very convenient with the IGA and nice cafes a few minutes walk away. Amanda was a great host who was always very attentive. The complimentary gift basket was a welcome surprise. Will certainly return.

Spent a week with the family in this beautiful and absolute beachfront house, had a wonderful a peaceful time loved the place and the position. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Only thing in my opition this beautiful place needs is fly screens on the doors and windows. Host Amanda very caring and helpful. Thanks Amanda once again for the everything. This property ticked boxes that mattered to us. We were looking for an absolute beachfront house close to Sydney and in our budget and this place did all that for us. The accommodation was decent, the location was out of this world, the beach was amazing. IGA and a great cafe literally next door. Amanda has been amazing to deal with. We initially booked for Dec and then had COVID and she agreed to move out booking to a later date literally a day before our planned visit. Would surely be reaching out to Amanda again in future for another stay.

The property was fantastic and suited our needs very well!! The extra treats were very much appreciated and a welcome addition!! Location is amazing with quick access to the beach and amenities. The area is perfect and not overwhelmed by holiday madness. The coastal walk is great as is the closeness to Minamurra for paddle boarding. We’ll be back 😀

We were very pleased with the location and direct access to the beach from the backyard. Definitely a huge bonus. Backyard was big and grassy, house had everything we needed and host was very hospitable, providing a goodie basket on arrival. Check in was super easy and host communication was great. This beautiful house is located right on the beach and close to shops and cafes. It's really well appointed for a family holiday with the best kitchen facilities (Utensils, crockery and appliances) of any holiday house I have rented. Easy check in with outstanding communication from our lovely and welcoming host. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had the best weekend away. Enough space for everyone, host was more then accommodating and great communication, plenty of places to go out and eat and spend the day out I will most definitely be staying here again, definitely recommend if you have a big family..

I and a group of friends stayed for a long weekend. The property was as per the advertisement and the communication was great between myself and Amanda. A beautiful home set 50m from the beach with a walkway at the bottom of the garden, cold morning dips have never been this good. 10/10 property and location! Will definitely stay again!

Great place right by the beach, shops and golf course. Easy check in process and friendly neighbours. Would recommend.

The property needs attention and work, whilst some of the basics work, others didn't, shower down stairs did not work, the plumbing (upstairs bathroom) from the upstairs area leaked from the ground floor ceiling. Carpets need proper cleaning / vacuum cleaning, the vacuum cleaner did not work / didn't suck up any of the dust, crumbs etc. Pipe of the balcony which is sometimes called "Stink Pipe" needs a saddle to hold it in place, so is doesn't sway in the wind. The property should have a dishwasher, this is a norm in other properties. Lock on the up stair door had only one of the two locks working, deadbolt lock did not work. There are plenty of other properties in the area to stay which are of similar price with better facilities.

We have great time staying in Michael & Amanda property. Right on the beach, big grass area at the back of the house we love to chill out on. Fire pit at the night is a gem. House is clean, got all supplies we need for little big group. Amanda response quickly on my enquiry. Easy self check in and out. Will book again.

The house is as shown, it really is that close to the beach and is such an amazing time with friends and I really appreciated great communication with the property owners who were really kind and generous!

Great getaway

we didn’t have the best weather while staying here but really enjoyed our relaxing family holiday. Hopefully get to stay here again one day. The hosts were also an absolute pleasure to deal with.

View straight out on the ocean. Beautiful beach. Lifesavers operating over weekend. 10 minutes from Kiama with great shops and tourist sites. Golf club nearby. House and contents fantastic.

Booking process was easy and hosts communicated well. Flexible with arrangements and even left us goodies!

We will definitely be back to stay at this beach house with its truly amazing location. Many thanks to the owners for being the perfect hosts.

Wonderful position on beach Cafe and IGA just 5 minutes from properly We were extended family group of ten persons aged from 78 to 10 years old Dined in Kiama but replaced at house Bathroom facilities basic but clean Connection between levels by outside stairs however not a problem as weather was excellent Recommended for family holiday weekend

Our experience with the hosts was so amazing from start to finish. Amanda was so helpful when planning places to go and eat since were not familiar with the area. To the clear and prompt communication, we had when we needed help. On top of that, the place was clean and perfect for our large adult family. We look forward to staying again!

The property location is amazing with direct access to the north end of Jones beach. Views of the beach are fantastic. Easy 3 min walk to IGA, cafe and a Japanese takeaway. The bedrooms are all well-appointed. Access between the ground floor and 1st floor is via an external staircase.

Pleasant and ideally located Arms reach of the beach With the perfect privacy to relax & unwind uninterrupted Essentials for the stay were accommodated for us & much more Must say Amanda went over & above in numerous ways It was the little things that made our stay special & welcoming Loved it

Hands down best place I’ve stayed for a while, we only stayed upstairs but downstairs still looked fine. Check in easy, Amanda was also such a lovely host. Place was ready before actual check in, goodies left for us & so helpful without being over the top. Also offered late check out & she was quick to respond. I slept so soundly listening to the waves. Definitely want to return. Thanks!!
