Excellent location & host was very helpful

Great location and the host was lovely. The bedrooms were small but otherwise great place to stay.

Such a lovely location, house is well presented. The kayaks were a great addition, the water was so warm and flat. We had dolphins that came into the bay morning and at sunset. The only downside was the parking and privacy at times. The units car spot is very difficult to get into and especially when there were 2 cars in the visitor bays. With local kids and kids from upstairs playing out the front of our unit it took away from the tranquil surrounds and peaking in the lounge room whilst we were sitting there. The oven and stove isn't very user friendly. Great host very helpful and beautiful presented home.

“Sunset” at Corlette has everything you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. The view is beautiful and the beachside walks are lovely. Many stunning beaches are nearby as well as Tomaree National Park. There is so much to do - we hope to return!

Wow, wow, wow! This is the third time we have been the Corlette in as many places. So far this is up the top. You can simply not beat this anywhere. Beach front, close to Nelson Bay, around the corner from Toboggan Hill Park, Dolphins, sunsets…aaaarrrhhh so much awesomeness! We had sun, rain, cold and hot weather, it didn’t matter if we were outside on the beach, out and about or inside playing games, the place just worked it’s magic. Thank you so much!!

The owners have thought of everything you might need. We were there during a really bad stretch of weather and we were able to have an enjoyable stay. The views are beautiful. We would definitely go again.

Modern waterfront small apartment.

Very well appointed, many more things provided than any holiday rental I'd stayed at before. Perfect location for families, kids loved the calm and quiet beach right out the front.

Fantastic location. Started every day with a swim out the front of the unit. Loved watching all the people & puppies walking past while relaxing in the sun. Unit had everything you could think of, and more. Definitely will be back.

We had the most incredible stay at Corlette. The beach house exceeded our expectations and there wasn’t a single thing the hosts had not thought of. The property is modern and the standard of cleanliness was impeccable. The beach out the front was perfect for adults and children who aren’t into the rough surf, as it is calm and clean. We also went fishing out the front most days, where our daughter caught her first ever fish. We have wonderful memories of our Stay. Thanks Nicky for everything.

The most well catered for place we have ever been in. Add to that the views and the quiet location,which made our distancing of others, easy (beats being in Nelson Bay which is highly populated at Christmas). As taxis are limited , we learnt how to use buses again, as our mode of travel for dining out each night.Bus stop at the front door was convenient.Our uber account never got used. Our host was always quick with communicating and offered an early checkin, which we were unable to take up but was a nice gesture.We stayed as a couple but the unit can accomodate 5. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate tv/lounge areas, it catered for everyone being comfortable.Plenty of shady picturesque walks, either over the hill behind the resort or walking back into Dutchies Beach on the grassy track,infront of the neighbouring houses We enjoyed our 6 nights

Immaculately clean and well presented property. It had everything we needed. Fantastic view, peaceful and quiet place to spend a relaxing weekend away with just a short walk to the anchorage for the wedding and reception.

We had a great week in this property, we enjoyed using the kayaks right in front of the apartment and even saw dolphins. It’s a great location, close to everything. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed.

What a beautiful property! This was our first holiday with our 7 month old baby and from the second we walked in the door it was blissful! Owners are extremely thoughtful (with chocolate and wine on arrival). The unit itself was extremely clean! And the view was breathtaking! 100/10 rating! We even felt the need to leave little gifts for the owners! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the fantastic holiday!

This was a beautiful stay for our family of 4, with 2 children under 4. The kayaks were great fun, fishing was awesome, and the proximity to the water was perfect. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. A very quiet and peaceful location but still close to everything the area has to offer. We hope to come back some day.

We had the most wonderful time. The property was perfect for myself, husband and two kids 5 and 7 years. Spotless and beautifully presented. The beach itself was stunning, white sand, crystal clear water. We saw Dolphins on our early morning walk.Loved every minute.

Location of being on the water is fantastic. The property is very clean tidy and supplies were above and beyond. Communication with Nicky was prompt and overall would definitely come back to this property without any hesitations. Thanks for a awesome stay!!

This is a beautiful spot right on the edge of Port Stephens. It was very relaxing to spend time here watching the activity on the bay, from either inside or outside the apartment. Black swans feeding directly in front, dolphins passing, and many corellas and rainbow lorikeets in the trees above. Everything that we could have wanted was provided here. A well stocked pantry, modern appliances and a comfortable bed, and all rooms were beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean.

Stayed for three nights with my wife and 4 year old son. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, location and host, can't speak highly enough of the overall experience. We will definitely be back
