We rented Treehouse 1 and 2 which were just about as close as we could get to having one “house” for our group. The two units are just a short walk down the hall from one another. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and allowed us to host everyone together for dinners. The bedrooms were all very clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and separate bathrooms. Can’t get any closer to the village and gondola! Rec center was great as well. The hosts had excellent communication and exceeded our expectations. We loved our trip and would stay here again.

The condo was as advertised - great for groups, with all the amenities and convenient lockers for those looking to ski/board. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and the owners were very responsive to all our questions.
And the location of the condo was fantastic. Basically in the village - an easy walk to the gondola, ticket/rental center, food, shops, etc.
Will definitely look to book the Treehouse again for our next mammoth stay

We make an annual trip to Mammoth with another family and this was our first time staying at the Treehouse. It was just perfect for our 2 families. The house had everything we needed and you just can’t beat the location. We will definitely be booking it again!

Had a perfect stay at Treehouse 1 at Mammoth Fireside. Condo was amazing, best location in Mammoth for ski and village access. Our group of 8 could not have been happier, already re-booked for next year!

We had an amazing weekend at the property. Dave and Jacob are great hosts and the description of the property is exactly what we got. They were very accommodating and their home was very comfortable. It was a great space for our family and we hope to come back.

we booked this for a group of runners and it was very convenient for all of the weekend activities happening in the village plaza, restaurants for dinning, and town trolley to access the lakes basin and grocery stores. everyone had a great time

The unit was nice for all members of our family. Everyone had a nice comfortable bed to sleep in. The unit was a good size for the 11 family members that were there. The condo was walking distance to the village, which was great for the young family members. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. When I had a question for the host he was very quick getting back to me. He was always able to effectively address the issue and a solution. We will stay at this condo in the future. Thanks Dave.

The location of the property couldn’t of been any better. Dave and Jacob were awesome, returning texts immediately and did everything they could to accommodate myself and my family. We look forward to visiting again.

The treehouse 1 unit is so beautiful and nice. The space appears to be recently renovated and it is kept up very well. It is clean, there is plenty of space for a large family or multiple families, and you have most everything you need there. We walked just a few steps to the get to the village restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

This was absolutely the most convenient condo I've ever staying in at Mammoth. Steps from the Village gondola, we never had to use our car. Jacob was a very responsive host.

The place manages to sneak many beds into the space. It makes for a cozy environment but doesn’t fell tight. The place is super convenient getting to and from the mountain, and has all the amenities. Would return if I’m back in mammoth with a large group.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Everything is always amazing and I wouldn’t change a thing
If I HAD to give any suggestions it would be more towels. But honestly it wasn’t detrimental. We did a load of laundry after using the hot tub so we had clean towels. Not a huge deal

I stayed at Dave’s place for my brothers bachelor party with 15 people and had a blast! There was plenty of parking and it was a 2 minute walk to the slopes. Very cleanly and would highly recommend for large groups. Dave made the whole process seamless as well!

The unit was located very close to village gondola, so we could easily go to Canyon Lodge when we were ready to hit the slopes. It took less than 5 minutes to walk over. The size of the unit was perfect for us as it allowed for all of us to stay at the same place. The refrigerator was big, which fit all the food we brought with us and the pantry was also big so we could store all the snacks we brought along. The underground, heated parking kept us warm and away from the elements while packing up the cars to leave. This was awesome as it started to dump heavy snow the day we left. We had no issues with the unit and would definitely stay again if we end up needing something this large again.

Spacious but intimate space. Well appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We were 6 adults and 6 children (3 families) and everyone had a great time!

This home was great for our large family! Plenty of space, well-equipped, and centrally located in the Village. Dave was great with communicating with us and was easy to work with. I would recommend this home without reservation!

David and Jacob are impressive hosts. Their attention to detail and meticulous instructions and pre-arrival information leaves nothing to chance. Not only was everything as advertised, they exceeded our expectations. Daniel is on site to manage and handle any questions or issues, and after receiving four feet of snow overnight, all of the snow was removed from the walks, stairs, and loading area by the time we left for the chair lifts. The home is beautiful and wonderfully appointed, but the location is unsurpassed. The house is next door to the gondola and the Village, and not only is the underground garage (also next door) heated, but so is the driveway from the street to the garage. We definitely will be returning. Thanks David!

Mammoth treehouse was the perfect home for our family vacation. Visiting Mammoth for the first time, it was the perfect location as everything was nearby for the whole family. Shopping, entertainment and dining was next to our stay. The property manager was on top of things as we had an appliance that wasn’t working and he jumped on it right away and it was fixed within a few hours. The owners were fast in responding to any questions we had before our arrival and during our stay. The only thing I have to complaint about is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back and rent this home again as it had everything for our party of 14.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at Treehouse 1. The unit, both spacious and charming, was delivered clean and tidy as promised. Aside from the spiral staircases, which were a bit inconvenient for my elderly parents, we all loved the unit. The unit's location was ideal with the Village Gondola only steps away. The owners were friendly, helpful and responsive. Our unit came with 2 garage spaces but the owners were kind enough to accommodate us with a 3rd garage space. I would def/ recommend staying at Treehouse 1.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our three families. The owners and the property manager were very responsive to the few questions and requests that we had. The location of the condo was very convenient and made our stay very enjoyable. We hope to return in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this condo. First, you can't beat the location and walking distance to the village gondola. The condo was clean, spacious, beds were comfy, and had everything our large group needed in terms of amenities. The ski lockers were super convenient to store our equipment each day. Dave and Jacob and the on-site property manager are very responsive and easy to communicate with. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. We hope to stay there again soon!

Really enjoyed the property. Lots of beds and bathrooms made it very easy to have a large group. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most meals at home. Walking distance to Gondola was amazing.
The kids loved the rec room and jacuzzi.

This property was perfectly located to enjoy all mammoth has to offer. The condo was clean and was well stocked with everything you may need. There are two sets of spiral staircaeas. One from the second to third floors and one from the 3rd to the loft. This made it a little difficult for the older members of the family however, you can go out the front door and take the elevator to the third floor to avoid the stairs.

We were so impressed with the condo we rented in Mammoth Lakes. It was just perfect. Our family was well accommodated. We had all we needed and then some. It was clean and well stocked with all necessary items. A marvelous time was had by all!

We rented both Treehouses so our family could comfortably spread out. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. The Village & brewery are steps away and the drive to Twin Lakes & Lake Mary is about a 5-10 minutes. Houses are in a good spot if you’d like a house for a larger group.
