everyone was so friendly and the property was gorgeous and comfortable with a perfect view. breakfast was delicious too! they were so good at accommodating the puppy too!

The view is amazing. We have seen dolphins!!! Can you imagine to get up and see a group dolphins swim in the sea? From your balcony? Location is great, personal sweet and very proactive. Love this place.

Location is fantastic, right on top of Lipah beach. Staff is great and very welcoming. Rooms are clean and bedscomfortable

the building need some TLC everything is a bit tired TV didn’t work .Ileft my wallet in the safe and went back to Seminyak three hours there phone doesn’t work which made the whole situation a real hassle. The owners need to lift there game .

Very like the rooms. Clean room and comfy bed. Fantastic view from the balcony. Palm trees and sea. Powerful AC. I was having a good sleep during my stay. Nice location. A bit far away from the center means that not so many people and vehicles are around. 2 min walk to the sea.

It's not about the cottages. They are nearby the main road, with lots of noise from cars and bikes. Cottages are on the hills which means that all the vehicles are gaining speed and noise at the same time.

Beautiful sea view from our spacious balcony and a nice breakfast. Staff were very friendly. right opposite the beach and convenient for local eateries.

Huge compliment for the amazing staff here. They made us feel at home and nothing was too much to ask. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have great views. Exceptional service and communication. Location is great as well with private beach access and a quiet area with many restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend

The view is literally exactly opposite Lipah beach the cleanest spot, very good to just lie in the water or snorkeling. Peaceful. Lovely staff, smiling and kind, lending a helpful hand. Everything went smoothly. They have plenty towels, bathrobes umbrellas. Locker. Over all comfortable cottage feeling. The decor is aesthetic, very pretty giving a boutique stay feeling.

Everything is amazing!!!! This cosy and lovely hotel the BEST in Amed. The owner of this hotel - Amanda so friendly and hospitality person. She upgraded our room and give huge room with private balcony. My husband has birthday and she present for us flowers and fruits. And so so cute it was post card with Happy Birthday made it by handmade 🥳 The room is pretty clean, bed sets towels is new. Furniture in very good condition👌 Big balcony. Coffee and tea sets, robe, TV, everything what you need. Good location, affront of the best beach Lipah, where is very good snorkeling. Tasty breakfast was served in the room. So service is excellent!!!! All stuff friendly. I am recommend everyone for staying in Amed. You will love it 😍 (and very big for dog friendly 🙏)

The room is amazing, it has a moskito net, the pool is great and the ocean is very close. You can go snorkelling there! The breakfast is in the price included, even though there is no sign of it on booking.com. You should eat the grilled fish, it’s lovely.

It is a bit loud in the room, as there is no noise insulation. I also worry that the air conditioning will run a lot with the kind of „thin door“. It would be nice to have the option to rent some snorkelling gear at the hotel.

The place is very cozy and clean. The room has everything for a traveler (for example, gowns and beach towels). The view is great as you get your own little balcony.

I believe that the breakfast options could have been a bit better; also, the place is very close to the main road, so you can hear the noise from the street starting from early morning (that's a tradeoff for the view for me).

Beautiful location just across the road from some of the best snorkeling in Bali. Excellent staff - friendly helpful, nothing is a problem. Clean rooms and swimming pool. Good restaurant and other good choices nearby.

I was concerned that photos show steps that looked steep. There are steps but staff were quick to assist with luggage. If steps are an issue request a room on the lower level.
