Location is good.

I booked and paid for the room on Booking.com and the Graduate New Haven hotel recharged my credit card. I called the hotel and they admitted that Booking.com had paid them for my room, but the hotel said that Booking.com gave them a card number with a different ending than my credit card, so they didn't refund the money. I think the Hotel needs to communicate with Booking.com instead of ignoring me. About half a month has passed since I contacted the Graduate New Haven Hotel, and my accommodation fee has not been refunded.

Great room size and themed room decor.

There was no caffeinated coffee to make in the room! Only decaf. (Not sure how useful that is...) The water boiler was not placed anywhere that it could have been actually used. And our 4-year-old walked smack into the glass shower door -- yikes. When we first arrived there was no staff for quite a long time and there were 2 other people waiting in front of us also.

The room was very nice and very well equipped with enough sockets and USB ports, coffee and tea making facilities and mini fridge. The entire hotel looks like a work of art! Excellent location in New Haven, steps away from the campus, shops and restaurants.

Bell boy was nowhere to be found when we arrived, so we head to carry our quite heavy luggage up the stairs to the reception.

Need to clean a lot more. The bath room shower was filthy. Lot of hairs on the shower booth. Even found press on nail on the floor. Not recommended.

Fridge was cheap and didn’t feel cold, no fitness facility.

The atmosphere of the Graduate is fantastic! Super fun decor, and we loved the cafe (they even let us hang out in the back room while the cafe was closed during the evening for some family board games). Staff were quite friendly, and even accommodated us checking in a bit early (and held our bags until the room was ready). We upgraded our room to a king for just a couple of dollars, which was wild since it was during Yale graduations! Surprisingly affordable accommodations, definitely a good value.

Just wish we could have stayed longer :) The only super tiny thing is the lady at the desk didn't seem to want to check if our specific room was ready, she just offered to hold our bags and tell us to check back later (but given the hotel was full the night before, this was still fairly reasonable).

Lovely renovated hotel with many photos, furnitures of the past - Nostalgic feeling! Reasonably clean. Excellent location - almost in Yale.

Rooms Small. No Parking. No Valet. No Bell Boy. Climb the stairs to reach the hotel. Confused with the Hotel Study to learn that it always happens - Hotel's own sign not visible enough.

Excellent property, really good size room, and beautifully decorated. The gentleman who was on reception when we checked in could not have been and nicer.

TV was not working, reported to evening receptionist who was very unhelpful and very rude. This lady let the Graduate down.

Room nice and clean - really looks forward to this from our USA tour but what a disappointment

Tv did not work apparently due to rain 4 days ago very poor service to take 4 days to put back online and terrible excuse !! No restaurant as stated on website. Annoying barking dog along corridor

The room and bathroom are on the smaller side, especially when we have 3 adults and one dog.
