The house was perfect for our family. Stocked with WAY more than listed on VRBO and First Choice Vacations site. Clean, great beach access. Only downside was the hidden fees. VRBO states 17 person max. We had 16 and was charged an additional fee for every additional person over 10 people. Administrative fees (after agreeing to pay additional charges) added for heating the pool and checking in 2 hours early.

What a great house and neighborhood..you can see the beach from the front porch and access is just a short walk away..St Augustine is just a short drive away..we really enjoyed our time there ..thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Great area to stay close to beach and Saint Augustine! Also we took a short trip trip Kennedy Space Center which was so cool! We also enjoyed the Pool And Pool Table

Only complaint was that the AC broke the last day, but they had someone out that day.

This property was great for our large family. The accommodations met our needs. We were close to the beach in a good area. The home had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable.

We had 9 people in our group. While the sleeping accommodations were fine the bathrooms were limited. Only two of the 4 baths had showers. The one room that had a futon bed needed doors to provide more privacy. The location was great - only a five minute walk to the beach.

13 family members to scatter dads ashes and then a great beach vacation. Home was great, pool was a great added feature.

This house was amazing! The house was very spacious and allowed my family to be together but also have personal space. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The three levels of outdoor space included an upper and middle deck facing the ocean, a middle-level deck overlooking the pool area, and a great pool area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the pool. The pool was the perfect size for our group of 12 and we opted for heating it so we could use it every day. There were also plenty of lounge chairs. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after the beach or pool. Marty the manager was easy to work with and always responded very promptly to any questions we had. The beach was a quick 5-minute walk in either direction on public access paths. Along these paths, we saw gopher tortoises in their nesting habitats. The beach was also very clean and not very busy during our Spring Break week. The location is a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and entertain meant. This vacation home was perfect for our family of 12. Highly recommend this house for a great getaway.

This house has it all. It was beautifully renovated, loaded and perfectly prepared for our stay, and the location is amazing. The set up of the house is perfect for multi-families or families that are bringing friends. I would suggest anyone to stay here and may be back with my family sometime.

Beautiful home, fully stocked with views of the ocean. The only complaint we had was that the beds made a lot of noise.

Everything went well and the home is beautiful. Great location, just a short walk to beach. Wonderful view, especially from master bedroom deck.

We enjoyed this home for a whole week and couldn't have been happier. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us with room to spare. We had everything we needed except for a big sharp kitchen knife. I didn't mention this to the property manager because we didn't find it that big of a deal, we just went and purchased one. The property was clean and well stocked. The kids loved having the pool and I'm certain they grew gills. The view was breathtaking and we absolutely loved that we could just walk to the beach and not have to load everyone into the car. Perfect location with just a few minutes drive to downtown St. Augustine where we spent time doing all of the sight seeing. Marty was quick in responding with any questions I had and the check in process was super easy. Definitely 5 stars!

Very nice property with room for parking. A few bugs in the home but overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great location

House was well stocked and in nice condition. There were two different paths to the beach, one of which was a wooden walk way. The kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is the two king beds could use an upgrade.

The ground bedroom smells horrible and the bed is the worst I have ever encountered. The smell seems to come from the bathroom toilet, like septic gases. The bed has an extreme dip in the middle so one has to sleep on the outside edge of the mattress but of course gravity wins eventually and you end up in the hole and uncomfortable. The outside shower is okay but very slimy dirty and housing several large spiders and very loud due to the AC units located ten feet away with no noise reduction barrier in place. This property is really a three bedroom unit, not four

We had a great stay. Our only complaints were the beds need to be upgraded. They are so hard!!!! There also was no grill. We still had a great time. The view and location are perfect and the pool was great!

Everything was great. Lots of steps for our age group and a good walk to the beach carrying beach chairs, etc.

Great location with beach right across the street. Very important to note that St. Augustine Beach is one of the few beaches left you can drive on. After an afternoon at the beach it was awesome to load up the kids in the car and just drive back to the house. Lots of time spent on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Kitchen was not very spacious which made it difficult to make large meals. There was no grill(as shown in advertised photos) so we had to go out and buy one to cook dinner on our first night there. Pool was cold in April, so it was not really used. Looked like it may have been a heated pool that just wasn’t turned on but not sure. Overall it was a good family experience.

House was nice. Description for numbers of guests it accommodated was completely false. One of the beds that accommodates 3 people was hidden in the garage. They should have explained there was a room deep in the garage. Another pull out bed had blood all over it. Let maintenance know about it, nothing was done. Overall 2 stars.

This property is one block off the beach. There are amazing views from the decks. The property was beautifully decorated & seemed to be well maintained. There was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. The kids loved the pool. Everything was well stocked to suit our needs.

Great property and location.Ocean views and plenty of space for large families.The only minus was the gas grill was in bad shape.We didn’t even want to try and use it.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the door lock but it was taken care of very quick, even though it was late at night. The guy I talked to was awesome! I highly recommend this property for your vacation!

When we checked in on 8/14, there were flies and ants in the living room, cockroaches in the kitchen island and downstairs bedroom, standing murky water in the dishwasher that would not drain, a coffee pot that didn’t work, all fan lights out in the living room, a non-working fan upstairs in one bedroom, and recessed lights in the downstairs bedroom that were sparking and glowing red while emitting a burning smell. Tuesday the dishwasher was replaced and the sparking lights were fixed on Monday. On Wednesday still no sign of the new coffee pot they promised would be delivered. (Note: an email late Wednesday said the coffee pot had been delivered to the management company office and they had no one to bring it to us, so if we wanted it, we would have to come get it). We have 12 people staying here and have had to go out to Dunkin Donuts every day to get a box of coffee. My concern is that the management company is not doing due diligence on the most basic things such as pest control and routine maintenance seem to be lacking. The standing water in the dishwasher should have been a red flag - there were no dishes in it so no one had run it after the previous guests. After three attempts to communicate this info with the host and getting error messages, I have opted to leave a review.

This was the cleanest property we have been to in years. Well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment. Pool was a big hit. Decks were lovely with nice places to sit. Backyard well maintained with nice landscaping. Easy access to the beach. We'll definitely be back.
