Gorgeous views! Warm, cozy, everything thing so organized and convenient for guests. Comfy beds, hot showers, fully stocked kitchen. Amazing fireplace that is electric but looks so very real. A really nice getaway. We had a lovely time and would recommend. Five Stars!

This place didn’t disappoint, every sunset was beautiful. Our stay was wonderful this place was better than expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again if ever in the area.

My husband and I scheduled a last-minute spring ski trip to Heavenly and were so lucky to have found this place. The location is so convenient for skiing Heavenly, and the view from the living room is out-of-this-world gorgeous. Overall the place is pretty small and the kitchen is really tiny, but it had everything we needed to enjoyingly cook full breakfasts and dinners every day. In fact the kitchen is much better equipped and stocked than most places we've stayed. We've rented many places over the years that were a lot more expensive, much less comfortable, and didn't have nearly as good a view or convenient location. We had several questions during our stay, and every time we reached out Chris was so quick to respond and she always helped us with whatever we needed. And the place came with the best humidifier we've ever used - which is a lifesaver if you're not accustomed to the dry air (thank you for that small-but-big detail, Chris!).

Can't beat the location and view.

Spent a SNOWY but relaxing 5-day Spring Break with my high school aged sons. The weather cut our skiing plans by a day but we made the best of it watching movies, reading, and drinking hot chocolate while taking in blizzard vistas and occasional breathtaking lake views between the rolling snowstorms. We did this trip solely on public transportation - I imagine it would’ve been essentially effortless in good weather conditions but it took extra planning and catching some breaks in the wild conditions we encountered this week. The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped and we stocked up on groceries for the week ahead of time, which proved invaluable when we were snowed in for about 36 hours. The Heavenly shuttle got us to-from the Stagecoach ski base but travel from/to Heavenly Village required using Uber - this worked out for us but we were fortunate and finding rides could be hit-or-miss, especially in bad weather. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions. This was a very nice accommodation for a small traveling party. Thank you, Chris!

What an amazing stay! We were 'snowed in' for a day or so and were very comfortable in this well-equipped condo. There wasn't anything missing - from olive oil to zip lock bags! The beds were very comfortable and the location was right up in Heavenly, great spot!

Good value. Condo was clean and VERY well equipped in terms of kitchen items. Take advantage of the crock pot if you go. It's actually a "ski-out" condo if you're an experienced skier & can traverse well.

This is an excellent property and owner. The property was clean, close to Heavenly ski slopes and has a great view of Lake Tahoe. Owner provided great communication. I definitely would stay here again.

Cozy (in a good way) best for two or three people but four could stay for sure. Great view of the lake. The complex itself is kind of dated but we had no real issues. Well stocked kitchen.

We loved our stay here. Waking up to the moons reflection on the water was amazing! The view is spectacular! This condo was very clean and comfortable and completely stocked with absolutely everything we could have needed. Very close to the casinos, great restaurants and the beach! The view is spectacular, location is great! Unit has many extras such as coffee, seasoning, etc.. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, only down side is there is no elevator but even with a broken foot it was manageable.

We had a great time staying at this property. It really had everything we needed to feel like it was "home away from home". It had an extremely well stocked kitchen/pantry. The view of the lake is stunning. We enjoyed cooking our meals and sitting at the dining table and just taking in the scenery. It's an older building, with several flights of stairs, but everything is more or less neat and tidy, and once you get into the unit itself, it's updated and cozy. Location is excellent. Owner of the property was very responsive when it came to communication, although not overtly friendly or welcoming. I did have to ask the owner to hold me to have the refund of my deposit expedited, otherwise it would have taken at least two weeks. If you're someone who is conscious of/sensitive to EMF, the only thing I'd say is that the Wifi is located immediately behind the headboard of the bed in the loft, so you may want to turn the power off before you sleep.

Loved this apartment, it was exactly as pictured/described. Would come back again. Easy access to ski lift and within minutes of restaurants and stores. Best part were the views of the lake in the am and sunset

Gorgeous views, nicely remodeled. A little funky layout, but very well supplied with spices, coffee, filters, etc. Have to carry your bags up three flights of stairs, as there are no elevators. It's a short drive to the lifts, no ski-on/ski out. We rented in part because of the hot tub and pool, but both were closed throughout our stay. Waiting for refund of our deposit.

We had a fantastic time here! One minor thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so if you will have trouble carrying things up to the unit you might want to reconsider. If you're up for carrying gear, though, this is an amazing spot! Well stocked, clean, comfortable, and an absolutely incredible view. Super convenient access to the Boulder Lodge, and easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need while you are there.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured! We enjoyed the amazing view of Lake Tahoe while playing cards from the dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows to choose from per comfort level. We had a great stay!

The property inside is clean and very well maintained and the view wonderful, sunsets and all. The only drawback is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator and there was no mention of NO elevator in the property description. Having bad knees the stairs were hard with luggage and all.
