The house has large space, very close to the beach (7mins aprox walking) and restaurants; it is close to everything you need, you can also walk to all the places. Rooms are big enough to welcome a large family, kitchen is big, clean and well equipped for prepare your meals. I highly recommend this place!

Very happy with the home, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach/boardwalk. My wife fell in love with the open kitchen and the master bedroom with huge washroom. Steve was pleasant to message. Really no complaints. Thanks for sharing your home.

The home is nice and met our needs for beds and baths. It is in a great location and very close to the Boardwalk! However, the home was minimally clean. The floors throughout the house were really quite dirty!! Even the children thought they were “gross”. The windowsills and blinds were very dusty, especially in the living area and the master bath. The furniture in the living space was also really dusty and the sofas were sand coated. The pillows on the beds were flat and inadequate. We wished we had brought our own!! The mattress pad on the upper bunk bed was seriously stained and/or just unclean. The jets in the master bath tub looked moldy and unusable. And unfortunately, we killed a roach in the hall bathroom and one on the stairs leading from the entrance to the upstairs. I’m sure a really thorough cleaning and maybe some attention to pest control would make this rental an even better place to stay!! We did enjoy our time in Carolina Beach, especially the beach and Boardwalk!

Very nice house. Huge garage. Bikes included. The only drawback was very firm mattresses. I like a soft mattress. 2 very short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and all Carolina beach offers. Very clean. Screened in porch was great. Very nice furniture. We had 3 couples stay there and 5 other couples stay 1 block away. .

Awesome as always! This is our third year coming back to stay here and we always have a great time! Very walkable location to both the beach and restaurants. We had fun riding bikes around and found a new bike path!

Great house to stay at and tons of fun

We enjoyed our stay at the rental. Being close to the beach was nice, and we also like the many extras (bikes, BBQ grill, games, puzzles, etc) that the house provided. Our host was very responsive to my questions, and the check in/check out process was very simple. The only negatives were the fact that the oven and refrigerator have a few issues that need to be repaired, the patio furniture needs cleaning, and the blankets/pillows could use a good washing. Overall, things went well and I would rent from this host again.

The house was great and spacious. However, it definitely needs a good cleaning. The floors were gross, the porch needed some serious cleaning, and the one shower curtain had mold. We really enjoyed the house but it would’ve been much better with a little bit of cleaning. It also would’ve been nice to know there were NO kitchen towels and such. We brought some for the bathrooms but nothing for the kitchen.

This place was very clean and was the perfect place for us to stay. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed it. So close to the boardwalk but far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Thanks goes out to Steve the host and we will be back!

The property was just as described. Very comfortable. It was within walking distance of the beach, dinner, and dessert. We must've come during the of season because it was very quiet, which was great for us. Steve was very easy to communicate with; he answered all of my questions during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Good pricing for the house and even better for waking distance to the boardwalk.

Good space and ammenties

It’s so close to the beach, we were able to have some beach time every day with little to no planning before hand. Restaurants were walking distance which was great. Also not far from a nice aquarium.

The location of this house is awesome. It's walking distance to the beach and close to a bunch of restaurants and activities. The boardwalk, which is only a few blocks walk, does fireworks every Thursday night, which was fun. The house itself could use a deep cleaning, scuffs and prints on all of the walls, floors needed scrubbed. The kitchen was nice, had everything you could need. The mattresses were all pretty uncomfortable if you are used to a soft mattress like us. Overall, the stay wasn't bad for the 4 days we were here.

Absolutely loved this house as our home for the week. It’s perfectly located. Only a few blocks from restaurants, the beach, the boardwalk and entertainment. We never needed to drive anywhere. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. That was our chill place. The outdoor shower came in handy after our days at the beach. Highly recommend this house to anyone. This was our first experience staying in a house at the beach versus a hotel room. This will definitely not be the last.

Great location! Nice screened in porch with ceiling fan, perfect to sit on and enjoy the early morning. Very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances.

Steve was sooo accommodating and responsive!! The home is perfectly located and easy to walk to many great restaurants and boardwalk! Highly recommend and thank you Steve. you were truly a pleasure to work with!

Enjoyed our stay would stay again great place and location

Great weekend getaway!! I would stay again just because of Steve alone! He's amazing, house is beautiful and HUGE!!!! If there an issue he'll help and get back to you ASAP! The cleaners need to clean a little better (little mold on shower curtains) on the bottom, they could be replaced, cobwebs in corners/bathroom. Mattress in master was too firm of a spring Mattress, room with bulk beds was extremely too soft. There is everything you need/want for the beach in the garage, I could've left my kids beach toys home vs packing them with us (you'll have to clean off). My mom cleaned off the screened in deck furniture for our weekend. I would recommend deep cleaning for the cleaners maybe once every two weeks or monthly. Dust, clean furniture on deck, stain on couch (could probably be steamed). There is NO TV in the bedrooms, not sure how we missed that but between tablets/computers we were fine (TV watchers before bed). All in all, I would definitely stay again. New mattresses would be great and deep cleaning 2 weeks or monthly! We wanted to book again this weekend but forgot a baby shower we must attend! Oh bring a sheet to put over the masters back door if you're like me and don't feel comfortable with bare doors (though upstairs, privacy fence is locked) that bedroom leads downstairs to. The house was a great home away from home. The kitchen needed a little extra pans but it isn't a deal breaker. Looking forward to going back!

This was our first time away from home in 14 years. Steve made our dream come true! The house was very clean, spacious and adequately supplied with toiletries and kitchen cookware-even complimentary coffee. The puzzles kept my grandchildren entertained in the evening, my favorite was the washer and dryer- 3 children with ocean soaked clothes...yeah Buddy... Awesome sauce!!!! The house has tons of potential and Steve was incredibly responsive to any concerns. The house was not very clean though. The showers were dirty, didn’t drain properly, and the floors were dirty and sticky. The mattresses and pillows are all stained, as is the furniture. Lastly, future customers need to be aware that no bedding or linens are provided. This should be prominently displayed on the ad. Once we rented them, it was convenient and return was easy.

The property was definitely a decent location to the beach and boardwalk. Garage and parking adequate even for larger vehicles. Liked the screened in porch. The property should have been cleaner. Kitchen floor very dirty and sticky. Hand railing to steps very dirty. Beds with no mattress pads, mattress’s worn out. One of the sofas had large stains on the cushions. The lawn was also overgrown for our stay. The house needs some TLC inside and out.

This is my suggestions for the future to improve it, the manager should take the action to check before people check in. Then provide the bed sheets for people because the travelers do carry those needs
