This is a very nice condo - comfortable, great light from the large windows, nicely decorated and very well-appointed with kitchen supplies for cooking in. We stayed here to ski at Schweitzer and had a wonderful time.

Great property

This is the third time we've rented this property and we can't say enough about the experience. Clean, roomy, well decorated, it is just what we need when we travel to Idaho for a family visit. It's about 5-10 minutes from central Sandpoint so convenient to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend.

We loved the extremely quiet Week nights! We loved the location! Easy access to and from. Enjoyed the very nice amenities!

I have been going to dover bay resort since 2014. Overall the units have been maintained well. The Dish restaurant is convenient and food is pretty good. The marina services are very expensive and over rated. In general , Dover Bay resort is benefitting from consumer demand brought on by COVID and the resort has no problem in charging accordingly. 95 dollars a night for moorage on an open and very exposed dock? Get real. Anyways. The unit we rented was very clean. Neighbours very friendly. All the conveniences one would have in their own home. I would have no problem returning to use this unit but would avoid the amenities at Dover bay resort. Attitude of staff and expense is a big negative. When you are o top, only one way to go and that is down. Greed will bite ownership in the ass one day.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, well appointed, and spotless!

First, I will mention how clean the place was! Clean floors, dishes, sheets, etc. The decorations are tastefully done, and the furniture is well spaced out (ie. uncluttered). The backyard is amazing as well. Lush lawn, trees galore, and even nesting ospreys. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and the location was centrally located to walk and/or drive to nearly any desired place quickly. We will stay again here someday!

The unit was fully stocked with really good pans, dishes and silverware not the beat up you usually have in rentals. Beautiful location and very comfortable. Will stay again.

My boyfriend and I came to ski Schweitzer for the holiday weekend. Although the weather was mostly disappointing, the condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable with nice views. Would rent again if we return to the area.

We rented this condo as our base for skiing at Schweitzer and enjoying Sandpoint. Great place to relax and enjoy the fire after a day of skiing. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed and good barbecue set-up for making meals for our group. Cole, the local Vacasa representative, was super responsive. Thank you.

This home was immaculate, with everything you could possible need or want. The decorating was top notch! We were so comfortable here we never wanted to leave. The area of Dover Bay was beautiful to walk around with trails everywhere. We ate in the restaurant there four nights and never really felt compelled to go somewhere else, although we did. This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in and and we will definitely be returning! Oh, did I mention the green belt you look out of the solid wall of windows at is stunning, peaceful, and private. You have really done a wonderful job of providing your guests with an A++ experience.

We are regular visitors to Sandpoint and have rented lots of places for our getaways. This property was wonderfully decorated, fully stocked and 3 miles from central Sandpoint. A spacious 2 bedroom with comfortable beds, we were delighted with all of the windows letting in plenty of light overlooking a well landscaped common area.

This condo is situated on a gorgeous park-like lawn area just minutes from the Marina. It is quiet, peaceful and filled with ospreys and occasionally deer. The view is north looking toward the Selkirk, Bitterroot and Cabinet mountains. Guests also have access to the Marina, restaurant and several amenities of Dover Bay Resort ~ perfect combination!

It is a nice condo in a nice newer area. It is near a wetland area so there are lots of birds and we saw some deer. It is walking distance to the water, but not really a beach. We drove to Sandpoint City Beach to swim. The neighbors are very friendly and nice.

A beautiful clean place so close to town and perfect for enjoying time out on the lake. Furnishings and beds were super comfy. A very relaxing atmosphere. We will mark this as a MUST return!
