we had a great time and it was wonderful. the only 2 negatives... there was a used pull-up upstairs in the bedroom when we checked in. also the dvd player didn't work so the kids couldn't watch any of the movies we brought. these were the only 2 negatives but it was a super great place!!!

This place has everything. What a view!!! Wildlife was amazing. Dozens of deer hanging around the house all the time. Also had turkeys come right up to the house. Location is just a couple miles from the mountain and easily accessible. Kids really enjoyed the sledding in the yard. Everything was as described with the exception that the amenities list online included hot tub. That’s about the only thing that would make this place better.

Beautiful location close to town, with excellent view. Daily visits from deer :) My in laws loved the downstairs bathroom!! Great communication with owner even when we ask dumb questions (FYI the shed is adjacent to the back door.. how we missed it I don’t know). We had a great time, thank you!

Easy. Lots of fun for the kids and adults. Great location. Great home. Kids loved the big yard to play in the snow!. Great time!. Highly recommend this home for big families.

Super comfortable cute home on huge lot with lots of tall trees and lightly falling snow. Perfect get away for a couple or family.

A wonderful home to stay. Beautiful location. Fantastic layout and wonderfully stocked. Comfortable living room and bedrooms. Great communication with the owners. Gorgeous scenery. Even the neighbor came out to say hi to us as we arrived. Definitely recommend for anyone. Great stocked kitchen. Very relaxing stay in a beautiful area.

Needed an accessible home to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. This house was perfect! Lots of room, great location and excellent WiFi! Saw lots of wildlife and spent countless hours on deck enjoying the cool temps. Will be back!

The Master bathroom upstairs needs to be upgraded- the toilet is retrofitted for a child.The photo on VRBO of the bathroom is somewhat deceptive, e.g. the new and beautiful wheelchair accessible bathroom should be shown as separate from the Master bathroom.

Outstanding accessible home
Needed an accessible home to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. This house was perfect! Lots of room, great location and excellent WiFi! Saw lots of wildlife and spent countless hours on deck enjoying the cool temps. Will be back!

This is a great place to stay. We have been staying in various cabins and condos the last 25 years and this is the best one so far. You can tell the owners have done a lot to make this home a really exceptional place. The setting is outstanding. You are in a quiet community but not far from places to eat, get groceries, play golf, fish and other activities. Yet, it's not overly crowded. The home has reasonably good connectivity but I don't come to remote locations to be on the web a lot anyway. One other thing is the nice ramp right to the front door! We plan to return in the future.

We where extremely impressed with the home, the yard is huge and the parking is really nice. It is also very central to all the attractions near angel fire, taos and red river. The food in town is not too impressive so I would suggest cooking at the house if you can. We had a great stay and will be staying at this house again when we come back in the future.

Winter wonderland
The house was lovely & provided a nice open space for our family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Everyone loved the big shower in the ADA bathroom! We were delighted to have snow on the ground, but wish someone had contacted us about plowing the new snow that fell several times. Hope to rent this again.

Had a great time
Very nice place with a huge handicap accessible bathroom and shower. Abundant wild life crossed the property including a large group of mule deer that hung around about a hour one afternoon right in front of the deck. Incredible views of Wheelers Peak. Only issue we had was phone service on the 4th of July holiday weekend. That is the only reason I gave the communication with property management 4 stars instead of 5. When we did get in touch with them they were very professonial and helpful. Would stay here again.

All cooking utensils, pots, pans, and flatware provided — enough to supply 20 people!
Great views from every window.
Very warm and inviting.
Bonus: There is a propane grill in the little shed that works great. Bring something to grill —amazing the aroma you get when you grill out in the woods!

We loved the property and will return soon as we can!
We really enjoyed the eminities and was well equipped for our family and the little ones had a blast! We will always remember the memories we made this spring break and your home helped us enjoy our time shared together as a family!

The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay greatly
We saw lots of deer and got lots of photos. We had everything we needed. The views are beautiful from all windows.
