The property was clean and beds were comfortable. House was spacious and All amenities were available. Situated in a quiet location

House was good. Outdoor table and BBQ were dirty. House can accommodate 8 people and has you covered for sleeping dining and lounge space. Just could do with a bigger refrigerator.

Cosy place with loads of room in the dining and living. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Spacious clean and tidy bedrooms.

Great home for a family or group getaway. Walking distance to town and beach. Home was clean and tidy upon arrival and had all the amenities required. Highly recommend.

Fabulous for a short getaway but would also be a great place for a longer stay.

This property is just right for our purpose of a family friendly setup, with the large open living area and flexible sleeping areas. The quiet location is still in close proximity to the main street and shops. An ideal location to recover after the GOR running festival.

We had a very nice stay over four nights. The property was neat, tidy and close to all we needed with just a short walk. We will definitely return.

The house was exactly as described and plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses, plates etc. The lounge area is very comfortable and the dining table is suitable for 10 people. Bedrooms are well sized though the bunk room was extremely hot, particularly when the outside temp was over 30. It does cool down at night. Hand soap, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, laundry and washing detergent all well stocked. Lots of games and books are also available to use. All communication was easy and Graeme answered any questions promptly. The location is terrific with an easy 500 metre walk to the beach.

Love the house, the games draw was fabulous. Taboo got a bit heated, but we all had a great laugh. Really love the layout of the house, the rooms are massive, the fact that you can close the doors so the kids can sleep upstairs and we can carry on downstairs is great. Only draw back i had was on arrival the house wasn't that clean. There were plenty of cobwebs in the corners, including over the exhaust fan in the kitchen. The floors were sticky and there were dead flies in the shower and the the bathtub. Also on arrival the lawns weren't mowed, however when we went to my aunties house (who lives in town), when we came back they were mowed, but whoever did it also left their dogs poo in the backyard (which cleaned up). I would love to book the place again for this coming new years even with the above, as by no means was it a deal breaker. Thanks again for a great stay.

Comfortable quiet place not too far from shops/beach. Only disappointment was how dirty place was in some areas. For example the ceiling fans in bedrooms had thick layers of dust hanging from them, not from a few weeks but years worth. Many dead flys on windows sills etc.

A wonderful stay in a house that is comfortable, has well a supplied kitchen, and is walking distance to everything. A definite favourite!

We really enjoyed our stay at Graeme's place. The place is tidy and spacious with short walking distance to shopping and beach.

Great townhouse accommodation, spacious, neat and tidy. Looked like it hasn’t been rented in a while as it is a little dusty with cobwebs, but otherwise clean so we were mire than happy. Perfect location for us, pet and kid friendly, would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us!

Was a great stay, had plenty of beds and lots of space for the amount of people that stayed. Walked everyday to the shops and main street. Only downside to our stay was the cleaning that had been done and lack of basic amenities. 8 of us stayed for three nights and was barely given enough toilet paper for one night. Only had half a bottle of dishwashing detergent and one dishwasher tablet. Also cockroach seen in the kitchen. For the amount we paid was not happy to have had to go out to shops and buy more toilet paper and dishwashing stuff

Everything was pretty good although there was only 1 dishwasher tablet provided for 5 people for 3 days and we had to buy more toilet paper ourselves. The house itself has everything you need.

A large townhouse suitable for a big family, would recommend

The property was comfortable and only 5 to 10 minutes walk from a very nice beach. Close to the town centre and adequate parking for multiple cars.

We always enjoy our stay in this house. Great for a family beach holiday! Very easy house to stay in, and relaxing to be in each night after time at the beach.

My family group of 4 adults and 3 pre-schoolers enjoyed the convenient location of the house which was an easy walk to the shops and beach. The house had everything needed to cater for young kids whether that be eating utensils or games with plenty of floor space to run around. The beds were comfortable and the TV in each bedroom a bonus. Bathroom logistics need to be managed (particularly if you have a larger group). I’ve rented several other properties in ABay over the years. For me this property is typical of what I’ve seen - relatively modern, clean and well equipped. Showing a few little signs of wear and tear but very liveable. I’m hoping to book again for next year.
