Location was fantastic central to all, The breakfast was fantastic with freshly made omelette upon request. Coffee was nice and the outdoor roof top sitting area for breakfast had great views. I also like the 360deg views from the roof top, from the sea to the mountain. ( See Photos )

Brilliant location with an amazing view. The terrace was a lovely place to sit for breakfast or of an evening. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable

Gorgeous surroundings. Peaceful and quiet but right in the middle of the old town. It was 100% luxury for an amazing price. Brilliant value in a totally unique location. Breakfast was great too.

The location is great to reach Athens city center in walking distance. Owner was extremely nice welcoming us and helping us during our stay.

The room was modern and has all required facilities, including a very comfortable bed. The location is also a stone's throw from the centre of Nafplio's old town. The hotel staff and breakfast (with a view) was also wonderful.

There is a BIG set of stairs to get to the hotel, getting up there with luggage was difficult. If you only have a small suitcase, this wouldn't be as much of an issue but with a large one; it's a workout (and for some older people, impossible). Additionally, the shower in the bedroom had a leaky shower head, which sprayed wildly when the water pressure was turned up. This coupled with the fact that there are no shower curtains/doors resulted in a very wet bathroom. I'm sure the hotel staff would have dealt with this immediately if I raised it, but being there one night, I didn't see the need, I just took a low pressure shower.

This hotel is wonderful. I treasure my memories from my stay. My days at Aethra Boutique Rooms are definitely the highlight of my trip to Greece. All the staff are so helpful and kind. A great breakfast to start each day of exploring. The courtyard is a delight, full of well tended flowers, overlooking the city and the sea.

breakfast in the main terrace is very beautiful- rooms are nice

small things : maybe close the shower? put a door? it’s not very convenient to shower as the water goes allover. The head of the shower was also broken. breakfast : presentation of the cut fruit and vegetables could be better

Easy to find, great breakfast warm and friendly staff/owner. The room was more than what we expected and a great place for the start exploring the Peloponnese!

Being from another country the heater for the room was a little different. Having written instructions on how to use would probably of saved a call at 10 pm to bug the staff! Not really anything to complain about, just felt bad that we couldn’t figure it out on our own.

Stunning view over the old city from room and breakfast patio enhanced by the smell of orange blossoms. Very comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. Close to everything in Nafplio.

Gorgeous views from the front rooms, spacious terrace with tables and chairs under orange and lemon trees, close proximity to the fortress and beach. High up the hill in the old town so quieter than the main strip.

Room really needs bedside lights for reading! It’s too bright and unrelaxing with the moms in ones on. Fridge in room was noisy so we had to unplug it at night

Absolutely no parking nearby, many many many steep uneven stairs, to haul luggage and go out to eat. Haul luggage DOWN many many many stairs , and hike to car Lovely except for that

Attention to detail was impressive. Owners and staff all charming and went the extra mile. Lovely atmosphere - great views and stylish decor. Cannot wait to return! Wirth paying extra for the better views.

All good but need to be fit to manage steps leading up to property as with many hotels in this cute town.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nafplio. It is located on the old town, just a few minutes walk from the restaurants, shops and cafes.

A great room in a stunningly beautiful location in Nafplio. The breakfast area is especially beautiful, with a view of Nafplio and many trees around. The room is big. The location is very convenient, about 5 minutes away from the beach and the town square.
