Excelente hotel, com funcionários espetaculares (todos, mas a Francesca é especial), silencioso, localizado em um lindo local (áreas termais de Bagno Vignoni), mas um pouco distante de Pienza. Excelentes quarto e banheiro, com um bom banho.

Hotel com escada, sem elevador. Problema de acessibilidade e turistas com malas pesadas. Como o hotel fica distante de Pienza, um carro se torna necessário.

Posizione ottima, in paese ed in piazza. Buona colazione con torte yoghurt marmellate cereali e affettati ecc.. Stanza grande e comoda ben arredata

The location is great and Francesca was very friendly and funny (even though we couldn't communicate we managed to understand each other).

Beautiful old house right next to the pool. We also had a very nice meal at the restaurant downstairs. An unforgettable place to stay.

WiFi signal was weak in our room. Probably due to the ancient thick walls as it worked okay next to the door! It was also fine downstairs during dinner and breakfast.

Wonderful location next to the thermal pool in the town center. Easy free parking in the back (look for the signs with the hotel name). Just left the key in the door to check out, very easy. Beautiful shower with a wonderful shower head and lots of hot water. Lots of room in the bedroom. Beautiful terracotta floor and beams in the ceiling. This place is aesthetically beautiful! Note: we stayed in early January during the holidays. This is a VERY sleepy town, only one restaurant appeared to be open (delicious!). It's beautiful to have this amazing town to yourself, but very quiet if you are looking for services.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and it gives you a really cosy feeling. Everything was very clean and nicely scented. The staff was very friendly and let us check in later than officially. The best thing is location - in the very centre of Bagno Vignoni, next to the old thermal pool. The room had a view over the pool with Rocca d’Orcia tower in the background. Free parking just behing the facility was also a big plus.

The room is not very spacious. The bathroom window has no blinds what gives you a little less privacy. There was also quite a lot of noise from the restaurants down below in the late evening/night.

It's very good place and very comfortable. And we can take a dinner at the restaurant of same building. Easy to go there.
