I’ve been coming and going to Cyprus a lot for the past 2 years and stayed at a lot of different place but this is by far best place I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in Cyprus :) so fresh and clean, new and modern, and best of all it was built and decorated so efficient that a pretty small studio felt very spacious :) The view was beautiful, the privacy was super, it was calm and nice, and the bed was just incredible. The vibe of the place was just incredible. We stayed here for 7 nights and for sure be back in the future again :)

Excellent stay at Terrazza Suites. Beautiful cosy little apartment with all amenities including fully equipped kitchen, wifi, even a washing machine. Located in a quet neighbourhood, yet close to bars, restaurant and shops, as well as a little beach. Owner, Stephanos, was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommended.

Family owned business, newly renovated, stylishly decorated studio with sea view. It was fully equipped with everything you needed, and it was spotless!! The hosts are wonderful! Highly recommended.

Everything. The friendly welcome, the beautiful suite, the facilities. The place is cozy and comfortable. It has all the electrical appliances you might need on a holiday. The location is perfect. There is a bus stop near, supermarket and a bar with lovely cocktails.

Everything was five star- beautiful comfortable bed, television connected to every channel you could possibly watch, lovely clean and spacious studio with amazing views of the sea. And a fab bar downstairs available. Steve and Breeze the owners were amazing.

Well-equipped, clean and cozy appartment, 5min to the beach, 10min to Paphos centre by car, supermarket almost around the corner :) great bar and restaurant downstairs :) and super-friendly host Stephanos! Do not hesitate, just book

The apartment was very well set up, aircon in all the main rooms, balcony, wardrobe space and parking outside. Food in the pub downstairs also great.

All the stairs but only because in the heat it was a hard slog to get up them.

Stephanos was a warm host who made sure that every part of my stay was perfect. He went the extra mile to make the place comfortable and welcoming and even provided fresh fruit and wine upon my arrival. The place was pretty and modern with nice touches and had views to both sunrise over the fields and hills and sunset over the Mediterranean. There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation where a 1.5 euro local bus takes less than 15 min to get to Paphos town and other interesting sites. The beaches and sea cliff walks along the Mediterranean are just outside with comfortable walkways and pretty paths down to the rocks if desired. I definitely recommend this establishment.

The only recommendation I'd have is to have the microwave a little easier to reach:)

extremely beautiful apartments ! equipped with all you can need.. great view from window to the green lawn. there is a beach in 3 min by walk. free parking . highly recommended to stay!

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are very, very comfortable. The view from one of the bedrooms is very nice. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. Towels, beach towels, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, all the pans and pots you need, etc. Huge free parking. The bus stop is right next to the apartment. There's a restaurant/bar below the apartment (run by the owner) but you can't hear any noise. For anyone wondering how to get to the apartment from the airport, it's very simple if you know how - go from the airport bus 612 and get off on the last stop - paphos harbour. from there go by bus 615, destination coral bay and get off at the right stop (check at google maps), right next to the apartment and azia hotel. the localization is fine, but renting a car is a good idea. there's a lidl supermarket 5km away and Venus beach which in my opinion is the best from the ones nearby.

The breakfasts were tasty. The location is also very good, not far from Paphos and Coral Bay. The staff is very friendly.

We liked everything a lot. Very good experience, friendly owners, great food, everything inside the apartment very clean and modern. Bed - huge and comfy. Also a washing machine, useful when you go running often, as we did.

We didn’t have the breakfast that was available at the bar downstairs but the kitchen area was so well stocked that it was a breeze fixing our own breakfast.
