We had an amazing time at this property! It was perfect for our two families with children ranging from 4 to 10 years old. We had plenty of space to lounge, relax, and cook meals together. It had beautiful views and a perfect location to walk to summer activities at the resort. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at basecamp for a week with our large family. It was so comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The location could not be any better with a short walk to the hill. We would definitely come back again!

Very nice property. Clean functioning hot tub. Very comfortable bed in the master...unfortunately my guests had to cancel due to kid issues and I can't speak to the other beds but they all looked just as plush. Gr8 spot close to the lifts!! I would book again! Mike

Great space, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, wonderful hot tub. We had a great trip. We love Winter Park... ski in-out is a climb, but by day 2-3 we are used to it! I highly recommend this condo and Winter Park Lodging. They are helpful and responsive and provide wonderful service.

The house was exactly as it was described. We enjoyed our trip.

Base Camp 476 met are needs. Several of the family made use of the hot tub relaxing after skiing. We requested several extras and the management company promptly provided them. The lower level was the only negative because it was so very cold. Because of the open floor plan the entire family was able to interact and enjoy our time together.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable for our family. Hot tub and Theater room was a big hit! Kitchen was well equipped as we stayed in and cooked every night. Would definitely return.

Apparently there is some dispute between the property owner and the neighbors because they were really anxious to tour a car out of an empty parking lot. We did not exceed the limit of cars apparently parked in the wrong spot. The tow company said that they get a lot of calls from these people which tells a bit of the story. IT was extremely expensive and on the night right before we were leaving which put us in a real bind it ruined a good part of our trip. The management company Put it 100% on us Never staying here again

Base Camp 476 was a great stay with amazing views on the top of the slopes. House is modernized to fit every guest. Jacuzzi hot tub was lovely and relaxing. This vacation definitely was giving of new vitality and inspiration.

Ski in ski out convenience hard to beat at Winter Park. Very nice property with good amenities. Kitchen very nicely furnished, beautiful place with plenty of room for all guests. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for high end property with ski in ski out access. Location of ski shop within 3 minute walk is great as well.

I organized a work trip for my team and stayed at Base Camp. The accommodations were beautiful and close to Winter Park resort. The place was clean and new, with many levels so we weren't all on top of each other. We downloaded an app, which had all the information we needed too. I highly recommend this place. Amazing home with plenty of space. An incredibly well equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable.

Elegant and roomy 4 BR property was exactly as advertised and very well stocked with necessities like soaps, TP, kitchen needs and even starter coffee packs. Rental agent was in touch several times to ensure satisfaction and responded to a late week question promptly. Slope access is very easy - with private, short walk through path in woods to access staircase to slopes. Comfortable beds and tons of fireplaces. Wonderful. MANAGER COMMENTS: That's wonderful! We thought the house was terrific and had everything we needed, except some food storage containers (tupperware, etc for leftovers) and a larger baking sheet (bacon for the masses). This was our 3rd stay at Base Camp 476 and we enjoyed it just as much as our prior stays. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a weeklong family stay. The kids were excited about the new additions of the foosball table and ping pong table. Looking forward to coming back next year. MANAGER COMMENTS: Yay! We stayed in Base Camp 476 last week. It was a wonderful trip for our 2 kids and their families. The house was just beautiful with lots of space and well outfitted with kitchen utensils, fireplaces, bathrooms, etc. Be prepared thiugh for the altitude and going up and down the 4 levels in the condo. All but one of us acclimated pretty well in one day. There was some construction down the hill from our condo but wasn't a problem except for parking of our 3rd car - but it was nearby. We were so close to the Winter Park Village with a short drive or easy walk down the hill. So many activities for the entire family and just beauutiful. We hiked on the trails behind the condo and explored the beautiful creek. After a hike on our last full day, we were back relaxing and a brown bear came down the path we had taken and into the culdesac. We all ran to the front balcony - it lioked at us and turned and went back up the path! So exciting but there really are bears and wildlife around!! Great facility and beautiful surroundings. We plan on coming back in the winter. MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Glad to hear your crew enjoyed your visit and really took advantage of being in the mountains. You should consider yourselves very lucky to have seen a bear. The moose are more social, so we see them a lot, but bears hardly ever. Thanks for sending the photo! He was a big one.

Beautiful home. A lot of space even with large group. Good location with lift bus. However, Garage door opener broken. When arrived cover was hanging loose like it had been worked on. We called and someone came but it was not repaired during our entire stay. Left us a small gift card to crepe place as a consolation prize but we don't eat crepes and that did not make up for the inconvenience and difficulty parking and shuffling cars with a large group and no other nearby parking. Was impossible to close the garage without standing on the car in the garage. Horrible mushy mattresses on all the beds. No tea pot nor hot water kettle. Had to boil water for tea and cocoa in large pan. The "coffee provided for first day", only makes one cup of coffee and is therefor Useless for a large group. There were no condiments, not even salt and pepper or sugar. Had to buy everything. Last time we stayed here, there were a lot of condiments available. Huge dangerous block of ice across whole driveway. About 10 feet long, 9 inches deep and two feet wide. Unavoidable. Was the only driveway in the development that was not cleared. Very slippery and dangerous. Called and they came and put sand on it, but ice was there the whole time. When leaving to catch the bus with ski boots on, had to have someone take your skis and hold you up as you walked across the ice or you would fall. Only one set of towels per person for entire stay. Should give two sets per person if staying more than 3 days. We stayed here before and loved it. We were excited to return but now would not recommend it.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and was so comfortable for our family of 12! It is very clean, very well stocked with kitchen necessities, and an amazing place with TVs in every room, several gas fireplaces, and a private hot tub. We would sincerely recommend it!

We have stayed many places in Winter Park over the years. Usually we stay at hotels. This year we had less family members traveling with us so the four bedroom worked out great. It is really nice to be able to share a kitchen and the large living area was really nice. The home is well organized and is top quality throughout. Our family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend and had a fabulous stay. The home is beautiful but not fussy. It is possible to ski in and out if you just climb the path and steps behind the house. Very easy access to the WP Village and the shops/restaurants there. There is a TV in every room and fireplaces in all sorts of places, especially like the one in master bed/bath! The home was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend it and will hope to return again. WP Lodging was a great company to work with for our reservations.

Well kept and up to date town home. Far enough away from resort for privacy yet close enough to walk. Plenty of space for everyone. Large well equipped kitchen. Large enough garage to accommodate Crew cab f150 with plenty of space left to get around vehicle. Only suggestion I would have is for the amount you pay to stay in this place you should be provided at least one parking pass for the guest parking in front of town homes. We had other family members staying in winter park that would come over to hang out in the evening and the only allowable parking is way down the hill. MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Glad to hear it was a great visit. The parking is tight up there and a little inconvenient for overflow. The parking spaces across from the Base Camp properties are actually owned by the Iron Horse, not Base Camp, so not much of a choice.

This property made our visit WONDERFUL! We brought our sons, daughters in law & grandchildren (total of 10) for a family wedding. We had plenty of room & enjoyed every minute!

Wow, what a fantastic four days we spent at Base Camp 476! This beautiful townhouse amazed us from the moment we entered. Every room contains many amenities to the point where we felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. Yet, the townhouse is comfortable enough that we felt like we were at home. The master suite is amazing, complete with its own fireplace, flat screen TV, remarkable bathroom, back porch, and, best of all, the running stream right behind the room. The kitchen is extremely spacious and very well equiped; it satisfied all of our cooking needs. Although only three of us visited, it is clear that this townhouse can easily and comfortably accommodate several families. Winter Park Village is just a brief stroll from the complex. And, it's a great summer destination. We enjoyed many venues in Winter Park during our July visit, including the Alpine Slide, hiking, and putt putt golf. Since we are skiers, we look forward to returning to Base Camp and enjoying a ski season visit. We are confident that a winter visit will be just as, if not more, enjoyable!
