Great house with space for everyone to spread out. Two great outdoor spaces with easy walk to beach and shopping! Loved having 4 full bathrooms… would stay there again!

We had a great family trip to Rehoboth! The location of this house can’t be beat, with a short walk to the beach and Funland. The layout of the rooms and lots of common/living room space was helpful, as well as the sunroom/wraparound porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful week!

Perfect house for a beach vacation!

This property is in an excellent location, just a block away from the beach/boardwalk and steps away from some of the best restaurants in Rehoboth Beach. This is a great house for families with children as well as the Funland amusement park is on the same street just a block away. This property also has a great back patio which is a great area to unwind with a cocktail after a long day at the beach.

The home is literally a stone's throw from the main street in Rehoboth Beach. And it's at most a 5 minute walk to the beach if you're a leisurely stroller. It has all the amenities you would ever need, and there's plenty of lounging space. Very important to me are the beds, which are very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

This was our 5th stay at this property for Thanksgiving. It is perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor patios are an awesome bonus.

We were a group of 8 ladies who met outside regularly during COVID and continue meeting today at the playground of a local school (Jones Elementary) in Annapolis. Last year, we gathered at a rental property at Deep Creek in MD, but we wanted to try the beach this year. Several have been to Rehoboth and recommended it.

VRBO and the property manager were excellent to work with … 5 stars for both!

We all enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, lots of space for everyone and well stocked kitchen. The 2 refrigerators were a huge help.

Vrbo listing said three days n site parking places. There were only 2. One had been given to someone else. Not cool. Master bedroom shower leaked. Had to not use it for a day or two until fixed.

The location of this property is great, just a block from some of the best restaurants in Rehoboth and only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely well maintained home. Kitchen was well stocked with great glassware. Great spaces for both our whole group of 11 and for breaking into smaller groups. Best of all, all this just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Great communication with David!

Property was amazing and had tons of amenities, space and was close to all we wanted to do during the extended stay. Our host was very accommodating, friendly and quick to answer any and all questions we had. Already talking amongst ourselves about staying here agin next year.

Excellent location! Walking distance from everything. Comfortable beds, multiple sitting areas. Everyone was happy with this home for our traditional Sea Witch weekend. Would love to return same time next year!

We loved everything about our stay at David's house! We were completely satisfied, and I want to start out by saying everything that we loved: The location was perfect. We were 2 blocks from the beach and a block away from town. We were a group of 10 friends that are all in our 30s, so we loved that we could easily get to the beach as well as easily getting into town to go to the restaurants and bars. David was a very kind and communicative host. He was responsive to any questions that we had and was very nice when we got to meet him. Check in and check out were a breeze. He even graciously offered us a late check out so we can sneak in one more trip to the beach when there was no one else checking in on the day that we left! The house itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There was plenty of space for us to cook and enjoy dinners together, the bedrooms were spacious, and everything was bright with a lot of natural light. There were multiple different outdoor areas in order to enjoy the weather as well. The one area that I want to point out is that some groups might not feel that there is enough privacy for the hot tub. Anyone that is walking down Bayard toward town or up Philadelphia away from the beach will have a pretty good view at your group (anyone going on other roads in other directions will have their views of the hot tub blocked). We are not a group of shy people, so this wasn't a problem for us, but I just wanted to mention it for anyone that might be more modest. Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay and are already considering this house for our trip next year! I would highly recommend it.

Stayed for a week with 2 other families and we had a blast. David was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This property was plenty spacious for our family of 14. From the two living rooms to the wrap around porch to the outside spaces, there was lots of room for us to spread out. The teens especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Although located on a somewhat busy corner, the location couldn't have been more convenient. We parked our car and were able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the many shops and restaurants on and around Rehoboth Avenue. David, our host, was wonderful and very responsive. He quickly got back to us and answered any questions we had. There was a minor problem with the hot tub and David had it taken care of in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We had a great family vacation with 8 adults and 2 children. The house fit us perfectly and having two fridges was a huge bonus. The walk to the beach is a bit further but the quality of the house makes up for it. Highly recommend staying here!

Only a couple blocks from the beach and Rehoboth Ave! Plenty of bedrooms, nice hot tub (limited privacy without the hedges), many TVs, 2 refrigerators, lots of kitchen supplies, and 2 outdoor seating areas made it a great week. Property manager replied immediately with questions.

We rented this house with two other families bringing us to 13 total. Plenty of room for us. The house was amazing and well stocked. Great patios to enjoy outside and a big wrap around climate controlled porch. The house is even prettier than the pictures. Just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Also walkable to all the restaurants and shops. David was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had a fantastic week!

a really good choice for an extended family vacation

Was a really nice trip with very good friends. We were able to enjoy the house and the amenities. The original pictures that we saw (on VRBO) indicated the hot tub had much more privacy. With the house located on a corner, between two streets, the situation indicated in the pictures would have been more ideal. The pictures should be updated.

House was nice and worked great for our party. What we liked the most was how convenient it was to get to the shops and restaurants in Rehoboth. Check in with David was great, and he was very helpful. Coffee maker stop working on the trip and he dropped off a new one in the morning. The customer service couldn't be better. One big flaw. The house is sandwiched between two neighborhood streets, and a bigger avenue. The avenue is pretty busy, but I didn't really have an issue with street noise in the house. The back patio that is next to the avenue where the bbq and the hot tub are grossly different than in the pictures. Apparently all the shrubs and trees that were out there giving privacy were removed. So what looks like a very private space in the listing, is literally out in the street on the open. Also, they were doing landscaping and yard work during our stay, which we didn't love, but wasn't a deal breaker.
