We love renting this condo! This was our 3rd time renting it and the owner is wonderful at messaging back and keeping you informed. We love how there is 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The view is amazing! We can’t wait to go back, especially with our kids!

Property was perfect for my husband and I for 6 nights in April…… we will be back!!

For an upgraded unit, coming from a construction background, I wasn't overly impressed. When you walk in the entry door didn't want to close because the bottom hinge was unsecure. Bathroom tub faucets had mold in them. Drawer under sink had more pubes in it than the shower did. I personally don;t care for a shower curtain to be touching me the whole time taking a shower. Bed was rock hard, pillows were the cheapest and smallest. Doors were nicely painted, but don't paint the hinges, cause they all squeak now. Appliances were nice and clean though! Kids TV's were not working properly and not properly secured. Should have had receptacles in the bunk areas. No storage for the kids clothes and suitcases. Overal decent unit, convienent next to the elevator. I would just not use the word "Upgraded" just because granite was used [improperly installed] in the kitchen.

I brought my girls for a daddy – daughter long weekend trip. For this vacation, I was looking for a place that would fit me and a few kids, but wasn’t too expensive. This condo fit exactly what we are looking for. The condo was clean and with the pull out bed, We all had space to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. For the long weekend, there were plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. We loved having the beach side view. And the bunkbeds with TVs were great, as my girls rotated who slept in the different beds each night. They all loved the bunkbeds. The grounds of the condo complex were clean, and the heated pools were great. We visited in mid March, and even though the air was cool, the pools were kept very warm. Therefore, we were able to swim for hours at a time, even with the air being so cool. And of course, the beach was Beautiful we enjoyed our time running between the beach and the pools. One thing to keep in mind is that the indoor portion of the pool was very small. Just big enough to stay in the pool if it is raining, but not really big enough to Keep the kids busy to hang out for a long time. The property manager was extremely informational and timely in leading up to the rental weekend as well as when we were in the condo. They were very easy to work with and provided all of the details necessary for either a weekend or a week trip. I would recommend renting this unit.

Nice place, great location. Other than the weather being so cold, we had a nice time. Elevators get backed up a lot.

Stopped here for 3 nights driving back up north, condo more than met our expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous, I can’t wait for our next trip to Florida because we’ll be staying at this property.

This was such a nice place! It was exactly what was advertised. Tufan was really nice & easy to get ahold of. The restaurant & tiki bar were closed for the season, but there was plenty close by. We will for sure be back!

This is our second time this year staying at Pelican and it was a great getaway. We had originally booked the same unit as April, but Tufan reached out to us after some off season work was scheduled for our 5th floor unit. He offered us a different unit on the 11th floor and everything was as advertised. Thanks so much!!

Everything about the whole experience was great, the Host was easy to reach and luckily it wasnt very busy in the area so we got to so alot of things, our oldest daughter even got Married behind the condo on the beach, it was a special vacate and great overall time, Highly Recommended!!!

We booked this unit specifically for the ocean view and we were not disappointed. While the view is all we hoped it would be, the unit was very nice as well. The primary bed, as well as the bunk beds, had very comfortable mattresses and the kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances/dishes, etc you would need for an enjoyable stay. The host communicated with us throughout the process, making sure our stay was enjoyable. We definitely recommend this unit for your future Destin vacation.

Pelican Beach Resort has really refurbished their property and the condo we stayed in was updated as well. The view was spectacular and the condo was clean. Wonderful fall break!

The views from this property were absolutely amazing! The owner/ manager was very good with communication and very helpful! Had everything we needed. The fact that we could walk right out of the building and onto the white, Sandy beaches was awesome! Close to so many fun things! Loved having beach chairs available to use! My favorite was sitting in the deck, drinking coffee with my husband!

This was a great place to stay with a good location to all the areas we wanted to visit. You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. We picked this condo due to the host having high ratings and the beautiful view. The host made us feel very welcome, was great about communication and everything else. We made memories to last. My 6 year old loved it and informed us she wanted to stay while we go home. Lol! We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and watching the ocean waves. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Would love to stay with you again. Thanks for helping us build memories.

The kids loved the room. Full view of the beach. It was super nice having things like dishes that we forgot to bring and buy for. Updated appliances and very clean. Our stay was awesome!

Condo was very neat and clean. Bed Slept very well. Close to Destin Harbor and San Destin. Location perfect. Lots of Security so you felt Safe.

Everything was as advertised. The owner was very informative and kept us in the loop about everything. The condo was just as described. This is our third year for vacation to the property and we love the closeness to the beach and the multiple pools. An added plus was it made it nice having two beach chairs and umbrella to use! We would recommend this resort and condo to everyone.

Condo was great. Very nice and clean. Great view. The property was great as well. Nice little cafe and tiki bar on the beach were great. Definitely going to book this again in the future.

The condo was lovely and well maintained

Construction was as posted, noise and limited features. We came aware of that and set expectations accordingly. The condo was decorated nice. Awesome view of beach even without balcony access. Communication before hand to give clarity on construction was superb. Check in check out, parking and sundrues stocked in condo, all great! We would return during peak season when renovations are not going on to enjoy the full experience.

Easy access to front elevators with provided luggage carts. Plenty of nearby restaurants and activities in Destin. Beach view and access are great. We’ll stay with Tufan again in the future.

Highly recommend! Looking forward to visiting again!
