We loved the house area and beach. We had an issue with the pool but the property management took care of it. I loved the easy communication thru the text & app. I felt recognized and acknowledged.

The house is very clean and having the pool after a long day on the beach was nice. The only negative to our experience was the bridge/road construction less than 200 feet from the house that started every morning at 6AM. I had preferred to sleep in on vacation, but with large earth movers and heavy equipment starting early, it was impossible. I realize this is out of the owners control, but will be an issue until construction is complete.

We have now stayed at this property for 3 consecutive years. It continues to be exceptionally clean, well positioned (3-5min walk to beach; close proximity to several good restaurants and a fantastic fresh seafood market, Goatfeathers), and a perfect size for two, 4-person families. The private pool is ideal for our group. Communication from the management company has always been courteous and professional. We have no complaints and intend to return again ASAP.

This great house with balconie's, screened in back porch and private pool had everything and more. It had plenty of room for us 6 adults. The bed's were very comfortable and linen's were clean and comfy. The location to the beach access and all the amenities was perfect! We highly recommend it and the Oversee company. We are already looking at their other location's to plan our next stay.

We stayed here one year before and the property was in good shape. This year the living/dining room furniture, porch furniture, and just the general condition of the home is in need of an upgrade. We love the area but the condition of the home needs improvement.

We had a great time on spring break! . The house itself is in a great location just steps away from the beach. The house is clean and well stocked. I would say the outside area needs a little attention. Furniture and grills need a good cleaning.

We had a girls’ trip at this house. It was great set up for us. We loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time hanging out out there. It was a quick walk to the beach. We could walk easily to Seaside and biked to Alys Beach/Rosemary (although it was a 45 minute bike ride). Overall, great experience. However, the house wasn’t built with short people in mind - all of the sinks and countertops were so tall!

Enjoyed our stay at 91 San Juan. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood and Oversee was prompt in their responses to our communications.

Compared to other properties in the area, this house was very reasonably priced. It was a short walk to the beach and close to nearby restaurants and Seaside Square. The only downside was that the heat in the pool was not working, which would’ve been nice to have since we were there in October and temperatures were usually cool. The house itself had large bedrooms, closets and a pantry, which was nice since we had three families staying there.

White covers are not the best choice for a rental property.

Property needs a little work but that certainly didn't effect our stay. Back screen door screen is near falling out. Dishwasher needs to be re-installed and leveled. The gas grill tank was empty and (being over the 4th of July) we had a heck of a time finding a replacement. No big deal, but inconvenient.

The house is great and we liked the location. A quiet street and short walk to beach. The house does need some TLC and a good scrubbing. Owner needs to update kitchen items and bedding.

The house was wonderful. The walk to the beach was short. We had 2 children ( 6 yo and 18 mo ) and walking to the beach with them was manageable. The screened in porch was a great way to enjoy the pool view . When we arrived the pool had lots of pine needles and appeared unkept. We called upon arrival and the owner was very responsive sending a pool guy out to clean and fill the poo, the heater was a nice addition. The kitchen was perfect for family dinners. We will come again for sure !

Reviewer Comments: The only five stars this house will be getting from us is the proximity to the beach. While this house ultimately met our needs, we were very disappointed. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive from TX, and minus the beds being made and fresh towels, it appeared as if it the guests before us had just left. The floors were filthy and didn’t appear swept, let alone cleaned. Two of the king beds had hair in the sheets, the third had two live ants in the bed and a huge spill on the wall and floor next to the bed. Our youngest did enjoy the bunk room, though. I did email about all of this immediately upon arrival, and I received a call the next day, but we had already cleaned everything ourselves and had no need for the cleaning crew to come. Several knobs and handles in the kitchen were sticky. We did have an issue with the smoke detector randomly going off, and that issue was addressed and fixed within the hour by an extremely wonderful gentleman. Other complaints that need mentioning: the fan in the upstairs master is very noisy, living room and dining furniture is stained, the street it’s on is very active at ALL hours, and we were unable to set our own code for the front door. Kitchen had just about everything we needed as we cooked every meal there. Considering the cost of this property and the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic, we expected MUCH better.

We had one of our best vacations ever in 91 San Juan. This house is as close to perfection as possible! The home, the pool and the proximity to the beautiful ocean cannot be beat! Our family enjoyed every minute. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the grills just add to that. We cooked most nights! Firepit and porch swing were an added bonus. The only thing I would improve is that bathroom upstairs between the bunk room and king room. Something is wrong with the shower, but that did not prevent us from enjoying ourselves. The home is lovely! We also used the bikes! This area of Florida is my favorite. I do hope the construction can cease in the near future, it is taking away from the beauty of the quaint little area. Oversee staff is awesome, especially Claire who was a great help to me. Hope to see you again next year!!
