The cottage is even better looking in person than it is in the listing. The owners were more than hospitable, kind, and accomodating. My friend and I were very impressed. Wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else, this place was perfect for our little Memphis trip!

Perfect set up for our stay. Everything about this property and booking experience was great. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage and will definitely be back.

Property was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious & open, actually larger than the pictures show. Room to the right of the bathroom has a large washer & dryer, sink & shelving.......was like having a 1/2 bath. Nice neighborhood that we took a daily walk through. Will definitely stay here again.

This cottage is all and more. It was very cozy and had all the comforts of a home away from home. I will stay here every chance I can when in Memphis. Great location!!! Great Host!!!

We love this property and stay whenever available for our trips to Memphis. Our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren live in Memphis and this is the perfect place for us to go back to when visiting.

The hosts were quick to respond. Instructions so easy to follow. Cottage is darling and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this cottage. I felt instant peace and quiet just pulling into the neighborhood. I loved the pictures on the listing and somehow the cottage was even nicer in person. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfy too. The kitchen had everything that was necessary to make meals. The cottage was 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Memphis. I met the owners once during our stay and they were very friendly. I have already recommended this cottage to all my friends that may want to visit Memphis and will plan to stay here again when we visit Memphis again.

This was our second stay, and everything was absolutely perfect - again! Such a clean and beautiful home. Everything we needed and more.

Though a studio, this property is room and beautiful. Our family of six slept comfortably, there was plenty of room to rest, and a nice size dining table for our family meals. The hosts were kind and helpful, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall it was a great experience.

This is an adorable farmhouse style cottage located in a lovely E Memphis neighborhood. Rental is very clean and has everything you will need. It is tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable and linens smelled amazing. Hopefully on our next visit to Memphis we will be able to rent again, we would definitely return.

Amazing experience! We love our stay in this cottage. Clean as it could have been. Spacious, well decorated and maintained. Everything we need under one roof. Location was perfect for what we were doing over the weekend. Lovely neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone, you wouldn’t go wrong with this location.
