This property is perfect for a small group. Our hired chef made her way around the kitchen with ease. Walking distance to national park and great restaurants nearby!

Great house, 5 minute walk to the beach, although you have to pay an entrance fee as it’s a park entrance. House was sparkling clean and pool was great. House had a stocked kitchen, a ton of toys and books for the kids, and a huge supply of beach towels which was super handy. Only problem was the hot water. It broke completely the day we arrived and we were without hot water for 3 of our 4 day trip. The management company was very responsive, it just took a while as it happened over the weekend. Once it was fixed you still could only use one shower at a time (and no dishwasher) or else the breaker would trip and it would turn off. Pretty annoying for our family of 6. Also they had surf and boogie boards but we weren’t allowed to use them. Overall a great house, but until the hot water issue is fixed I think I would choose another location.

I was with a group of 4 that stayed at this property for a week and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very conveniently located and had all of the necessary amenities to cook great meals and relax with friends by the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we were building our house. My husband worked and had video calls there was never an internet issue. Excellent service and while there were a few power blips the internet never went down. Great location. Can walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Would stay here again.

We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes for way more than the cost of this house that couldn’t compare to this home. Beautifully furnished, tons of amenities everything you need (except for a measuring cup) lol. Would stay here again! Only thing that was missing was television, there was no cable or satellite service.

This house was incredible. The pictures are very accurate. The WIFI was the fastest I've ever encountered in Costa Rica. The location is super close to town, stores, dining, and walking distance to the beach. The area felt very safe and nothing went missing from the backyard (and we left alot of stuff back there). The property manager was very helpful in setting us up with a tour and responding to inquiries. The house was very well stocked with everything, from TONS of towels, quality pots and pans, toilet paper, spices, and just odd stuff you don't see in every house but is very much appreciated, such as a cooler. The only downsides (minor) are there was no major wildlife such as monkeys or coatis (the location is in the equivilant of a subdivision and 'in town'), and there are several vacant lots including next door, which when build on could disturb the peace and serenity of the amazing backyard (I would inquire prior to booking to ensure there is no active construction adjacent to the property).

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Uvita and in this lovely home. It has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable - a well appointed kitchen, great beds, lots of toys for the kids, a sweet little pool, a huge grill, quiet surroundings. There's a bodega in walking distance for groceries, a nice surf school across the street, and the beach is only a 7 minute walk away. We will return!

This home was a gem. True to all pictures and the kitchen was the best stocked rental we'd ever stayed at. You cannot go wrong here.

Das Haus ist ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alle Utensilien für die Küche waren vorhanden. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Morgens wurden wir von Brüllaffen geweckt. Vielen Dank an Stephanie, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Nähe sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Französische Bäcker in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist wunderschön.

Everything you need so close and we were able to get to the beach so fast! Stephanie and Giancardo were amazing and took complete care of us. Excellent food recommendations. We will be back!!

Wonderful house to stay in Uvita. Walking distance from the beach. Accessibly to many services. We definitely recommend this house. We are a family of 5 and with three rooms, pool 🏊, BBQ, kitchen, wifi, etc it was perfect. Karol was there for our arrival to explain everything and she stay in touch with us during our stay to be sure that everything was correct. Five stars home and services.

Within walking distance to the beach. Great location. Many good restaurants. Waterfalls, zip lining, surfing We had a blast!

This place was so perfect we invented a game called "Find the flaw" (and there was only 1, see below). Gorgeous and spotlessly clean home. Easy, flat walk to the beach (it's not across the highway). Great internet. Close to whatever you want. The pool is shaded in the afternoon so you can skip the sunscreen at that time. Tons of toys - it will be like Christmas for your kid. Karol, the property manager, was very professional and attentive. The only room for improvement would be the shower water temperature in the master bathroom. The shower has an open design and the bathroom is open to the room itself while the water temperature doesn't get much above 'warm', so I had goosebumps throughout my showers, but it wouldn't keep me from coming back. I only mention it because it can probably be fixed very easily.

This home has everything you are looking for! I love this area of Costa Rica and this home has a great location for walking to the beach for a great sunset! Look forward to coming back very soon and the management was very easy to work with!

This home is everything it describes!! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, secure, had everything we could possibly need and want! Easy to get to, nice location close enough to walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets! The pool is perfect size for the home. Hammock, loungers, comfortable beds.. not an easy find in CR at times! We seriously loved our stay and are hoping to return again this coming year! Thank you to the owners and the management staff!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Uvita at Rachael's house! The house was super clean and just perfect for our family of 4. We loved the open concept and the bedrooms are an excellent size to store all belongings. The pool was amazing; my girls rolled out of bed and into the pool! The house is a short walk to a beautiful beach and there is a small market walking distance for last minute needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meals at the house. The caretakers who live in Uvita are very quick to respond to any questions you may have during your stay. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely go back if we ever get the chance! This was such a lovely home to spend time at after covering different areas of Costa Rica. It is a beautiful property and very close to everything in uvita. we greatly enjoyed swimming pool and the nice Beds.

We love Uvita! We usually stay further off the beaten path, but decided to stay close to the beach for two nights. This house is a great find.

We spent two amazing weeks in Costa Rica and absolutely loved it. The first week was spent in various “4 star hotels” in different locations up the coast from Uvita that were average at best. We didn't mind because there was so much to see and do that we didn't need to be cooped up in a hotel room anyway. However, once we arrived at this beautiful, contemporary home in Uvita we really felt like our "vacation" began. The home is gorgeous and immaculately decorated. It was just the two of us and we almost felt guilty not sharing the luxury of the space; the home is plenty big to accommodate two other couples or a family. The kitchen was adequately equipped although we never felt like cooking because there were so many amazing places to eat. Including La Ballena Roja that is just a short walk from the house where we had the most amazing jalapeno and goat cheese pizza the night we arrived, it is BYOB though so go prepared! The convenience of being in town was nice versus being up in the mountains where you had to navigate the roads anytime you wanted to go somewhere. The pool and outdoor showers provided a nice place to rinse off and relax when it got too hot down at the beach or when the tide was high. The first part of our vacation was definitely in what I would call more touristy areas, lots of people booked through organized tours being shuffled around by a guide. Although we had our own car and moved at our own pace it was easy to get caught up in those groups. Uvita really allowed us to slow down and experience that Pura Vida, Costa Rican way of life and staying in this home gave us more luxury than we expected on our trip traveling out of the states. I would highly recommend visiting Uvita and this home! It will not be our last visit to Costa Rica!!
