Hotel molto pulito, nuovo e accogliente, stile vintage, a poca distanza a piedi dal centro pedonale. Camere spaziose, pulitissime, letti comodi, bagno comodo con doccia molto ampia. Acqua filtrata disponibile gratuitamente al piano, camere ben insonorizzate.

Colazione ok ma nn entusiasmante (soprattutto la parte dolce), mi aspettavo qlcs di più da un hotel di quel livello.

We loved the hotel's location, there's a tram station just in front, and is perfect for hopping on one to the city centre or the bus station. The beds were comfortable, the shower strong, and there was ample space to hang our clothes, jackets and put our luggage (I love the number of hooks and hangers!). Water was also provided free via a filter, which was great. Staff were friendly and polite. We arrived really late also, and was checked in without any issues.

I felt the lifts were really slow though, not sure if because we were there on a day when a ton of guests were checking out.

Great hotel, easy to reach, very comfortable.

Clean rooms. Very friendly front staff. Location is a bit dull, but one can walk to all major sites.

Repeated problems with TV (even cant switch off, requires staff to turn off room's power), safe buttons were not working (and were not fixed), a cleaner has left cleaning acid in a kettle - yes, it was just a citric acid, so it was safe for occasional drink, but very unpleasant.

The walk-in shower in the bathroom was superb. Extra items like flannels, good quality tissues, and hand cream were appreciated, as were hooks for 2 towels next to the shower entry. Our room had a very comfortable bed, a clock (thank you so much for that), a window that opened a little, and a big TV screen. Lots of foreign language channels available including one that had English language TV shows, and other channels that provided news. Breakfast was available 7-10am and there were hot items like scrambled eggs, as well as strukli, a traditional Croatian dish. Cold items like cereal, breads, yoghurt and fruit were also on offer. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the Central Bus Station, and the same distance from the old town. We caught the bus back to the airport, but finding the platform from where it leaves was difficult, as it was not listed on the information boards. We asked and were told it leaves from Platform 201. It doesn't, but it is nearby. Look towards a fenced area next door to the bus station. The airport bus leaves from inside there. The name of the company that runs the service is Pleso Prijevoz. Bus costs 8 Euros per adult, which makes Uber a good option if there are 2 of you. Cost is around 20 Euros to get from the airport to the hotel.

When we walked into the hotel, we had no idea where to check in. There was no sign that said 'Reception' and all we could see was a bar/restaurant on the left side, and to the right what looked like 3 hotel guests working at a computer station. We approached cautiously because we didn't like to disturb other guests, but needed to ask if they knew where to check in. Those 3 hotel guests were Reception Staff. It was a weird set up. However staff were very pleasant and helpful. The view from our room was of other rooms, so not ideal.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The location is a bit out of the main area of Zagreb but walkable. The staff and space are both great

Location was a bit off beaten path of the central area of Zagreb but walkable. Parking is more than I was instructed via email by 10€ per day.

Great motel. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff were so helpful. The staff in the dining room were particularly good.
