It was very clean and the price was reasonable. Right in the heart of Saint-Jean Des Monts and lots within walking distance.

Soggy opened corn cakes, I got for my gluten free breakfast. Breakfast is poor compared to other 3 hotels we stayed during our travel (same price per person). Should gather more for people with allergies as well

Fantastic Hotel, went as a family of 4 and had a connecting family room which was excellent. The Hotel was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had, it was amazing. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Lots of glass and ceramic decorations which made it difficult to relax with small children staying.

Lovely welcome, friendly owners and sraff. Easy to find and lots of free parking opposite. Breakfast was great The hotel is decorated very well, the communal areas are lovely and the terrace is such a great spot. The rooms are bright and airy and the aircon was most welcome Location was perfect

The beds were a little hard for our liking and the double bed was small. The wardrobe door with the full length mirror on couldn't be fully opened as not enough room between it and the fitted bedside table

The hotel is very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean and it provides a very good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The proprietor was welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was pristine, bright and comfortable with a small balcony. The breakfast was superb and there was a vast variety of tempting food! We felt completely at ease - this was our first short holiday after being confined, but the proprietor ensured all measures were in place and adhered to during our stay. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or facilities. The restaurants the proprietor recommended were first class.

Too much noises from outside, not very well isolated, communication was not so good and pleasant. ---- Your response to this is very sad behaviour. We arrived before 9.00pm not later, we got a phone call from you very last minute while we were walking in the tourist street, so of course it's loud we were not sitting in a bar, what are you talking about? You sound rude, I had to search 5 minutes for a place to try and understand you, and you give very much information, which you could have just send by using booking, also no SMS received. Of course when we don't see you at the reception in the morning when we go down... we leave as we were in a hurry also. The key and the money was on the table, there is nothing rude about this, you have a problem with yourself I am sorry. Don't worry, this is for sure the last time. My phone works perfect, and by the way I tried to call you back multiply times, did you forget? Can you act normal when somebody comments and reviews the hotel? You are the first host which such rude comment. I wish you good luck with your attitude. Also very sad from you that you actually still try to call for explanation few days after the review, as there is nothing wrong with this review, maybe there is with you. -------------------------- Original message from host: No comment ! The owner could not have looked after us better. His helpfulness, attention to detail, kindness and professional manner were all extremely good. Even though we appeared to be the only customers, breakfast was superb, the best by far of any of the six hotels we stayed at in Spain and Western France
