La atencion del Personal muy maravillosa, Recepcion, Restaurant etc
A pesar de un hotel tan costoso el olor a humedad en las habitaciones era algo Fuerte, los Aires acondicionados deben hacerle mantenimiento, las alfombras del piso de las habitaciones estaban super sucias, la comida del restaurant me parece muy costosa para lo que ofrecen y no se sentia fresca

La decoracion , que tenga nevera grande y microondas
Las camas de los departamentos son pésimos son colchonetas que no amortiguan nada. Y mucho ojo con los costos al momento de hacer check in me dieron un costo y lo pague y días después me dijieron que estaba mal el calculo y me cobraron más

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno siempre, la ubicación es súper buena por lo céntrica y todo queda cerca, además el acceso directo que tiene el hotel al Centro comercial El Recreo es buenísimo. como también el bodegón que está al lado del hotel te saca de apuros además las personas que me atendieron son cercanas y dispuestas ayudarte a solucionar y el personal del hotel es muy amable, preocupados y serviciales, para ellos la puntuación máxima.
lo que no me agrado mucho fue el olor de los pasillos y las habitaciones a humedad y cuando se encendía el aire acondicionado empeoraba, puede ser por la antigüedad del hotel y las alfombras.

the staff are liars. especially the manager called Annie. she promised to resolve my complaints but didn’t. terrible customer service. I felt lied to and my whole visit was spoiled by the stress of the situation

the property was lovely. unfortunately on your site the facilities such as restaurants, swimming pool etc were unavailable
I felt lied to by the management. I paid for services that I did not receive. I tried to resolve the issue with the management. Annie the manager promised to call to call to resolve the issues. she knew that I was returning to Caracas on the 29th for three nights. She assured me a room upgrade and a special discount would be given. but asked me not to book through the app so they could avoid the fees you charge!! I tried to call Annie on the 27 and 28 both times a return

The rooms were clean.
The a/c in the first room wasn’t working properly. I had to ask over 3 times for this issue to be fixed. Finally, I asked for a room swap and it was given.
The attention overall was really poor. Members of staff are not keen on serving and helping guests.

* security or one staff was annoying didn’t let me take pictures from balcony during sunset, telling me I only was allow to be around the pool, but early around noon I was able to take pictures

videos on certain part of the lobby. some staff let me take pictures other didn’t. it was annoying

Was very dirty, air condition was poor, we found used soaps in the shower, the sheets were not clean, very poor wifi. They didn’t accept booking as an appropriate reservation, and we had the feeling they reserve proper rooms for direct contact.

They didn’t gave us the rooms we reserved throughout Booking.com because they said that the air conditioner is damaged. They send us to an very old apartment building with a kitchen but without appliances to prepare anything. We ask for a hairdryer and they don’t have it. Finally they shut down the water since 6pm to 7:30am
The internet is very very slow and wasn’t able
to connect more then 2 devices because was apple. This is not a five 5 stars hotel.

amazing pool. wish I had more than an afternoon to swim there. staff seemed annoyed by the presence of a gringo, kind of disrespectful. rooms were fine but had a musty smokers smell. loved the interior design of the hotel. amazing wooden panels with brilliant lights/mirrors.
