Great stay in blue waves, location is excellent with the beach, bakery, supermarket and many restaurants a stones throw away. Rooms are basic but comfortable, staff are exceptional, special mention to Rita and Janina, very friendly and attentive.

The rooms are small for 3 guests, there is not much storage and nowhere to store suitcases so felt a little cramped. Also a large wedding party arrived towards the end of our stay and the noise from morning to night was awful. I cannot fault the staff however as they were very apologetic about this.

The whole stay was fabulous, the location, the attention to detail regarding the arrangement of the room, the sea view, etc. But last but not least, we were conquered by Katia for her courtesy with the smile always on her face. There was not a wish expressed that was not fulfilled. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

no luggage room, we had to leave our bags just at reception all day which I was afraid of, everything was fine but would of felt safer leaving in a locked room

The staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic about sharing tips and advice for our stay on the island.

The room was unsatisfactory. The mattresses were very thin (maybe 2 inches) and uncomfortable. I think these are not typical to your rooms because I walked past another room with an open door that had a thicker mattress and more updated furniture. The bed for our third member was placed in the kitchenette where there was a window to the lobby. The window had very thin curtains that let light from the lobby into the apartment through the whole night and sounds from the lobby were also very apparent. It is very frustrating to pay the advertised price for a room that is inconsistent with the other rooms and the photos used for advertising.

The pool was great and one of our rooms had a spa bath which was great and we used a lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the beach was just around the corner, with the best bakery on the island on route. At the beach there were a great range of restaurants with really good food. The driver at the hotel was very handy.

our hotel room was beautifully laid out when we arrived with rose petals and complimentary wine. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the facilities were great. The kids loved the pool and there was a large hot tub/spa bath in one of our rooms which was fantastic.The hotel is right next to the beach and there is THE BEST bakery between the hotel and the beach which we stopped at most days. They make great takeaway coffee too. Along the beachfront there is a great selection of restaurants and the food was unfailingly delicious in every one we ate in. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. We had a lovely barbecue party around the pool on arrival.

There is no better word to describe the experience then PERFECT. The staff is excellent, we enjoyed our stay thanks to them and we are sending them big hugs from Croatia!

Firstly, the hosts were amazing. Such friendly people and really making an effort to make sure you have a wonderful stay. we got surprise breakfast, complimentary cocktails, lots of good advice, help with our washing. They really were beautiful people. The location was awesome too - right by the beach and the start of the promenade on the edge of town, beneath the beautiful mountains of Kamari. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay - they will make sure you’re happy!

We booked the honeymoon suite and it had a lovely roof terrace with an incredible view to the ocean, but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t hot (warm at best). This wouldn’t be a problem for anyone in the high season but we were staying in October and wanting to use it at night, when you want it to be hot! The hot water in the shower was also a bit patchy. Having said that, they offered us so many solutions to help address this, including a grander suite at their sister hotel and the use of a hotter jacuzzi in a different room at Blue Waves (which we took advantage of), so overall we can’t complain. As mentioned above, the hosts are really kind and attentive, and will do anything they can to address any needs you have.

Great staff, not just there to help you, but also for a fun chat. They treat you like family or close friends. Location is perfectly situated near the bus stop and the better side of the black beach. Rooms are clean, fresh and sound proof. We upgraded to the deluxe suit which is 100% worth the money. Free wine (always nice right), huge bubble bath outside and 2 shower heads, for when one is not enough ;).
