Great property

Super clean, big, huge polymer deck that never got hot to your feet with plenty of seating, awesome sunroom with A/C, plenty of bathrooms but the outside shower was the BEST, large fridge, great grill, 2 huge trash bins that held everything, comfortable beds, TV’s in every room, nicely landscaped, and only 1 mile from Winn-Dixie, at the west end of beach where not crowded at all—a perfectly wonderful place to stay!!!

The House Is Lovely & Comfy. Well Stocked. We LOVE The Beach & Access Was Important. Beautiful Decks With Gorgeous Views. We'll Probably Book Again! Thank You Tracy!

The pictures just don't do Claire's Beach Cottage justice. Its loaded with kitchen everything for a big family dinner! Bath towels & pillows are endless! When you walk in it smells CLEAN & FRESH! AND looks just as clean! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Mark & Tracy but had great communication with them the whole time! Our next family trip to PCB we will definitely book here again. You are just steps away from the beach & ocean. Its wonderful!!!!🥰🥰🥰 We had 7 adults & 3 kids (3&under). Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay with our family! It was FABULOUS! Best place we've ever stayed!

Claire’s Beach Cottage is simply wonderful, and The Vickers are incredible hosts. From the moment we selected Claire’s Beach Cottage till we checked out to return home, The Vickers stayed in ready communication with us, right down to gentle reminders about garbage days. The check-in process was just as they explained. But it’s the CHECK-OUT process that wins a five-star rating. Who, after a blissful vacation, wants to leave, much less be burdened with “chores” before 10 am?! Well, we were NOT burdened and check out was painless. We even got on the road earlier than expected! In between, we were treated to comfy beds, a great gathering area with plenty of room for every one in our adult group of 7 AND the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at any past rental we’ve had at the beach! Each bedroom was lovely, creatively decorated with beach themes and neat as a pin! Great storage and closet space too! The glassed-in sunroom became everyone’s favorite place for morning coffee. It had its own window unit, so it was always a pleasant place to lounge in, even on an August afternoon! The covered parking space was appreciated, and there is ample parking for more than one vehicle in the drive-way. The outdoor landscaping is tidy and serene. It put us in the beach mood the moment we walked through the gate. And just as promised, walking from the back deck to the beach is a snap! Great for when we had to run back to the house for snacks, etc. The outdoor showers, yes showers-plural, made getting from sand to indoors much much neater! The washer and dryer are behind closed doors, so doing laundry was not disruptive to conversation or sleep. The Vickers, we could tell, had gone to extra steps to make vacationing in a new place more accessible…like a binder full of menus of area restaurants to brochures on popular beach fun activities. And this unit is cozy and private, but conveniently located to main roads that took us swiftly to whatever location we wanted to check out. We slept well, we relaxed well, we cooked well! Claire’s Beach Cottage was cozy, comfortable and spot-on for a beach vacation. And we could not have asked for more fantastic hosts. That really was the icing on the cake…or as we say in Louisiana, that was just a little bit of lagniappe - a little something extra - that made our grade “A” vacation into an “A+”! We stayed here a week with our entire family. Perfect location! Just steps away from the beach. By far the cleanest vacation house we've ever stayed in. The owners were awesome, very friendly and quick to respond to any question we had. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We had 12 guests including 8 adults and 4 children and we could not have been happier with our stay. The location was fantastic, not congested and easy to get to grocery stores and shops. Great middle location for hitting restaurants from 30A all the way to Pineapple Whilly’s. The house was in great condition and extremely clean. There were plenty of cookware and dishes for eating in. And the outdoor shower was awesome!!! So much easier to get everyone cleaned up in a private space before entering the house to keep the sand at a minimum. Having multiple decks and a sunroom for rainy days was so nice. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and dining area comfortably fit everyone. We have been searching for the “perfect” 4 bedroom beach house for our crew and we definitely found it here. We will be back for sure. And Mark and Tracy were so helpful and gracious the entire vacation. Definitely 10/10 stars!

We had such a wonderful time at Claire’s Cottage! It was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean! We loved the porch, balcony, and screened in air conditioned porch! We spent a lot of time enjoying them. The outdoor showers were so helpful and the kids loved using them. It is literally steps from the beach, a dream. We can’t wait to go back! We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were so communicative and the house was immaculate and well maintained. Plenty of room to spread out inside the house, and the spacious sunroom and decks are such a delightful bonus. Proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better, especially with small children that constantly need to go back and forth. Highly recommend all around!

This is a well stocked house that had plenty of room for a family of 10. The location is perfect and the beachfront property is beautiful with a nice wide beach. Owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The screen porch is an excellent addition for taking a break from the sun or enjoying the sounds of the beach at night. The bedrooms are all a good size also. We would stay here again.

I rented this home in hopes to create a special memory for my parents as we celebrated their 55th anniversary. It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. The accommodations were very clean and spacious for 6 adults. It had that cozy Floridian cottage comfort that lended it’s self to a family bonding atmosphere. The beach during our stay was not crowded, in fact we were able to have a photographer take great pictures with no distractions in the background. We enjoyed the parade of dolphins by day and the perfect God given sunsets at night.

Wonderful place to stay !! Very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation including board games, poker chips, corn hole, and even books for those who like to read ! Mark and Tracy Vickers were excellent and very accommodating! Will definitely go back !!

We stayed at this house a few weeks and it was better than I could have anticipated! Tracy was always reachable if we ever needed anything and she was so kind. The property is cleanly and very spacious inside and out. The beach is right in front of you as you wake up and was not crowded either even though we went in peak season. This home is just far enough down to enjoy PCB but also have a peaceful time away. Highly, highly recommend staying at Tracy and Mark’s home. It was a memorable family vacation!

We loved this house. The location is amazing. The house is beautiful and the owners are amazing.

The property was perfect for our group of 9. The location, on the beach, is away from the crowds of PCB but minutes from great restaurants and groceries. The home is well maintained and very clean. The hosts stayed in contact all week and were minutes away if we needed anything. If we go back to PCB, this property will be our first choice.

We had the best week at claires cottage. Everything was as described. It is in a perfect location right outside of the hustle and bustle. Tracy and mark are both extremely nice and always available if anything was too happen. We loved the back deck, sunroom, and outside shower. We would 100% stay here again.

This was a great place for our family! The house was so clean and very organized! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have asked for! The deck was a great place to chill and the beach was right out the back door! We had a wonderful, much needed week away! We are coming back next year!!

My family of 4, along with my friend and her two children, just stayed for a week at Claire’s Beach Cottage. We couldn’t have been happier! This house is meticulously taken care of and so well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable. I was also impressed that this property had all the comforts of home; from a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and comfortable beds and with soft sheets. And you cannot beat this location! Close enough to enjoy the neighboring bigger cities, but far enough away to enjoy less crowded beaches and a more laid back setting. The owners were amazing and promptly answered any questions I had. There was a minor problem with the oven and the owner was there within 5 minutes and happily fixed it. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again if I return.

The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. The owners where just a texted away for anything we needed. We are already planning on staying here next year!!!

We could not be happier about our stay at Claire's Beach Cottage! We have been going to PCB every year for the last 10 years and this is hands down the BEST property we have stayed in. Here are just a few reasons why it was one of the best houses: 1. Clean! This house was immaculate. We didn't see a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. 2. Spacious! We were traveling with our 6 kids, our daughter's fiance and our 3 nieces and nephews. The house had plenty of room for all of us without us feeling like we were right on top of one another. 3. Location! You can't get a better location in PCB. Literally steps from the ocean and far enough from the pier that the beaches weren't crowded at all. 4. Service! Mark and Tracy are the owners that guests dream about. They are attentive, always available and just nice people. They stock the house with plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, etc. It felt like home. We will definitely be staying here from now on when we visit PCB in the future! Thanks Mark and Tracy!
