The property was just as described in the listing and just right for our family of 11! We ranged in ages 2-94 and the house was just right for all our various needs. Greg was very prompt with communication and took care of any additional needs we had! Very satisfied with the property and our stay!

The house was wonderful and in the perfect location to most of the amenities/activities. We were a large family group so we were concerned about not having our own space but this house is laid out great for multiple families. We really enjoyed having the dock and being so close to marina and the cabana pool. The kids enjoyed all the extras such as the bikes and kayaks. We had a great time and hope to come back. Greg was very responsive to all questions we had. We definitely recommend renting this house if you want to have a great time in comfort.

This home was just perfect for our adult family of 12. We love fishing and being on the canal in the center of the island is just ideal for us. The owners were wonderful to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

We have been enjoying Fripp for more than 15 years. We prefer the southern part of the island and have stayed in various locations. This stay felt more like a vacation! Any questions were addressed quickly by the owner. 362 Wahoo is a beautiful home and is perfectly located near all the things our family enjoys while on the island. My husband was living his best life (fishing and kayaking) from the deck on the canal. There were so many supplies throughout the house, which meant more room in the car while traveling! Because there was a refrigerator for drinks and an ice maker, this meant that we didn’t have to keep a cooler outside or the expense of all the ice to keep those drinks cold! I’d say it’s the small things that make this house feel more like a home away from home!

Well appointed with everything we needed for beach and biking and access to the kayaks was nice. The fire pit was also nice to have being there in the winter. Location is excellent. Center of island, easy access to beach and major pools. House had everything we needed. Owner was super responsive and informative. Nice layout for families. Would stay here again.

The perfect house for families. The house had a great layout to enjoy entertaining, eating and relaxed family fun without being cramped for space. The open living area and kitchen connected to the back porch made having other families together for dinner like a big happy reunion. Many houses have the number of bedrooms needed, but lack in the space to relax. This house had enough room for everyone, enough space our food AND enough REFRIGERATORS for the huge food supply required for a big family. Making sure all towels were washed & dried was our biggest struggle before checking out. Definitely a great rental to enjoy everything Fripp! Next year hoping to stay 2 weeks.

I had high expectations of this property and it even exceeded my expectations. The owner was amazing and called us in advance of our arrival to give us all the insider details. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked and so easy to work in. We had ages 13-83 and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was awesome and very central on the island. We will totally stay here again!

We've stayed in several properties on Fripp and this home is simply awesome. Clean, updated, great location on island (with rare and usable backyard with fire pit) and placement on the canal... and great owners who have clearly have given it love. Highly recommend this home - you will not be disappointed!

Easy, enjoyable, relaxing

All around great experience!

Our family was delighted to stay in such a beautiful, spacious house on Tripp Island. All of us fell in love with this delightful home, which was nicely decorated, and also, the layout of the houses was well suited for our four different age groups. We could enjoy both togetherness and privacy! A great kitchen for cooking. as well as for looking out over the creek and back yard. and watching the Olympic games.

We were unable to access the property for over 3 hours as owner did not notify front gate. Neither VRBO nor us could get ahold of the owner. Left when we found out he was video taping our children on the bottom level of the property and had to file police report. Owner falsely accused us of damaging property. Luckily after submitting all evidence to VRBO we were able to get a complete refund. Occurred in off season and I think owner was trying to make a quick buck knowing he messed up when we couldn’t access the property. Oh and there was no golf cart like the listing said, none of the pools were opened like owner claimed and the fireplace did not work. Owner said they never use it but he still included it in the listing.

We’ve been going to Fripp Island for nearly 20 years. This is one of the cleanest, nicest and most organized houses we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The owner was very attentive, helpful and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great week at 362 wahoo. The house layout is perfect. Love the open floor plan in the center and it ended up being a great Gathering Spot for all of us. The kitchen is wonderful and well- equipped. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. We all probably spent more time on the back porch and outside in the backyard at night. The Boys love fishing from the dock in the backyard. Probably a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach access. Two amenity cards were provided and we did purchase additional amenity cards for everyone , primarily for access to golf and the pools. The owner was great , very helpful and responds quickly to questions. We love Fripp and hope to return to this house.

Absolutely loved the house! Great folks to work with. Being on the canal was super fun for our crowd of wanna-be fishermen. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a beautiful property that is well maintained. The yard is so much nicer than many second home yards. We really enjoyed our stay over spring break on Fripp Island. It was our first time to the island the house was wonderful. It had everything you needed and the kitchen was really nice. We ate out a night or 2 but cooked the rest of the time. The patio along the channel is really beautiful and my husband loved the fishing dock. We used the bikes and the kayaks. No regrets in choosing this place for sure!

Our family loved this house! It is the first time we rented a house that is exactly like the photos! The kitchen was a dream with Viking appliances! Viking cookware! You want for nothing as it totally equipped with quality items. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the softness of the sheets. Besides the great location on the tidal creek which gives you so many options for activities. It is also walkable to the courts for pickle ball and tennis. We rode bikes and drove the golf cart everywhere. Greg, the host is also very responsive to any questions. He answers phone calls immediately! Want to come back again as we fell in love with Fripp and it’s quiet beauty!

We absolutely loved staying at 362 Wahoo!. This home has so much space and the setting is fantastic. The kids loved having the dock and kayaks in our backyard. The location couldnt be better being close to the pool, restaurants, marina and beach. We will book this home again!! Chad- Bluffton SC

This house is beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and well maintained. It has everything you will need or want for your perfect vacation. The kitchen is a amassing. The extra large appliances make it easy to accommodate your large group. The ice maker was also a big connivance. We spent lots of time fishing and crabbing off of the private dock. Then when the evening got cool, we enjoyed a cozy fire at the fire pit. We have been going to Fripp for 10 years and have never stayed in the same house twice. After our stay at this house, we are all in agreement that we would not want to stay in any other house but this one. We can't wait until next year!!!

We have going to Fripp for about 15 years. We rent a different house every time. This is one of my favorite houses we have stayed. Loved the layout of the house. The back porch was a favorite and you can’t beat the lovely views. Lovely week.

We had a wonderful week at Fripp. This house is beautiful and so convenient to everything on the island. Just a few minute bike ride from the beach and the marina. Greg was so great to work with and wanted to be sure our stay was perfect and it was ! Will definitely be back at Fripp and this is one of the best houses on the island !!

My wife and I have been traveling to Fripp for over 35 years. We've had the opportunity to stay at a number of homes. This home was the best yet. We had never stayed on the creek. The house takes full advantage of the location by providing a decked out back yard to hang out. The inside of the house is wonderfully appointed. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen everything you could ask for. Do yourself a favor, stay here if you get the chance.

Owner did a great job of communicating with us. Everything as presented or better. My 4 grandkids have named it the best vacation ever! Golf carts were quite helpful in getting to beach & clubhouse. Great stay! Thank You!

This house was amazing. The best place we have rented in 20 years! It has everything you need and more. We will be back!

There are many great things that I can share about this property, but I will highlight the most important... Place was Spotless, Well Maintained,Spacious, and frankly everything one would expect in a High End Breach resort... The kitchen is built for entertaining, and the Family meals served at the large table were great. The outdoor shower was incredible, Ive seen many that had no privacy, uncomfortable floors, and no where to hang your stuff, but this was the best I have ever seen. Plenty of room, lots of hooks and the water actually worked. This weekend was a bit of work and a bit of play. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit while smoking a great cigar. The Hardwood Floors were perfect, just the right mix of Hard and Slick, enabling me to reenact the Tom Cruise dance scene from Risky Business. Being the Insomniac that I am, I took 1 of the well maintained golf carts out for a tour at 3am. The island was empty, i went an hour without seeing a soul. Looking up, i see the stars, i dont see many of those in the city...I saw at least 12 deer and 2 foxes. What a night... I cannot recommend this place enough. Susan and Greg are wonderful hosts and I will stay here again. A-Harris
