I like how big the room was, it has a kitchen and also a small study area. It was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive online. I had everything I need from the time I check in until when I checked out. There were plenty of soap in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with clean dishes and kitchen appliances if needed. It was super close to transportation and walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. I would stay again!

I didn't like how noisy the AC was. Also there was a lack of outlets for electronics such as computers and phones.

clogged shower, leaking toilet, no outlets in any of the walls. Mixed building with tenants, and the general dinginess of the whole place gives it a sketchy vibe. The closet to hold your luggage in is literally a cleaning closet and you just throw your stuff on top of a pile of used mops and a vacuume. if you gotta save a buck it’ll do, but there’s not much comfortable about it.

The property didn’t advertise pictures for the room we were staying at so we weren’t sure what the room was going to look like. During the night we had all the windows shut and it was still really loud all night long making it difficult to sleep at times. There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan and around the windows. the shower curtain looked moldy.

Nice older (but well updated) apartment with kitchen. Clean.

The description failed to say that there is no parking, and that you have to pay to use a garage a couple of blocks away.

The location and room were great, and we were walking distance to many things.

The room we got was on the side of the building, and the room does not insulate from the noise at all. All night we would hear loud car noises and people yelling. It was hard to sleep.

It's really well located near downtown, convention center and restaurants. It's really convenient to have a kitchen and the super (name.of the store) is walking distance, when you have a long stay cooking is a great option to have available and this place gives you that opportunity.

Unfortunately in this second stay at these apartments (first one on Airbnb) the situation was really different, not sure if they have a gas leak but every time we enter the apartment it smell so strong that we had to kept the windows open even at night when it's cold. They have 2 A/C but not working, also the remote control for te TV didn't work I had to go to a store and get batteries. I also had to kill 3 little cockroaches that was really disappointing, because the place seems to be clean. I personally didn't like the mattress but that my be my personal opinion I like hard ones and that was really soft every time the other person moves the whole things moves. And as a suggestion they should have more outlets, I had to charge my phone either on the restroom or the kitchen. The hair dryer didn't work I didn't use it but you expect that everything works. Not saying not to stay there but the agency or company that runs those apartments should keep an eye on those aspects. I'd love to stay there again if they can make sure these situations were isolated.

Was here breakfast? While the location was pretty close to my place of work, the surroundings were of concern from a security standpoint.

Surroundings, The responses I had were only remote, though very quick. Getting into the place was very difficult.

I did not like that someone knew the code to my room during my stay and walked in on me while I was half naked without knocking! I did not like that I came home late one night and the gate code was changed without notifying me so I was stuck standing outside in the cold waiting for customer service to answer.

location. exterior property & lobby are very pretty. it’s a great building and easy to walk downtown on Pine street.

unit 104 is very tired, but clean. the owner doesn’t need to be so cheap. he can purchase proper plates, glasses and get some nice cotton towels.

The bed was very comfortable. It was fairly easy to check in and check out without having to interact with any staff other than through email.

The artificial air fresheners were overwhelming and way too much. I had to open the windows a bit to air it out.

The main room looked nice. There are facilities to cook and you have everything you need.

The smell (no idea what it is) was so over powering. I didn’t feel very safe and had lots of homeless people approaching me outside. The WiFi didn’t work for 24 hours (half my stay). I couldn’t have a bath as there was no solid plug. There is no building manager or person at reception if you need to talk to someone.

Great location. Lobby was beautiful. The room was set up nicely and the bed was very comfortable.

on my first day, I went to use a paper towel and that was the last one. there was not an extra roll anywhere and it’s not easy to contact anyone. also, there were cockroaches in the kitchen.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for the few days we stayed. The whole experience was nice and easy.

The bathtub didn't have a way to fill it up! Also, the heater didn't work.

Location was not great, I expected the paid parking to be closer. There is no way I would walk from the parking structure to our room

The room plug in scent was so strong it made my eyes water and clothes in my suitcase smelled of it even when I got home it was so strong I stayed only 1 of 2 nights. Room however was very clean. was woken up by a guy crying his eyes out in front of building at 2a.m. then another guy yelling at him. a lot of street noise.
