Located deep in the mountain this home was a pleasure to drive to. The actual house itself is a wonder to explore. For the first hour it felt like there was always something new to see. The host provided just about everything we could need. One issue we did find was a few spiders throughout the place with webs in many spots but that just comes with the territory (literally). Overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated, however the master bathroom shower was missing a door making it hard to contain the water in the shower. Kitchen nicely stocked. Home close to Village. Property manager assisted us in finding additional parking.

We booked to attend my son's wedding at Lake Arrowhead. It was a great location for a few "orphan relatives " to sleepover and we had a great time with the groomsmen's barberfest. The house was clean and it's configuration was perfect for us. Jon helped us with our few questions - he had very good documentation on procedures there at the house. We would absolutely consider coming back for a vacation stay to enjoy the area. It is a beautiful spot. We would highly recommend it.

Only issue we ran into was a lock malfunction in the attic room. Otherwise the place was well furnished and supplied. The stairs may be a bit steep for the elderly or little kids but are no problem for able bodied adults.

I was very impressed with this property from start to finish! The location is ideal - close to the Village yet still in a residential community in the woods. The layout (4 levels) of the house was perfect for our needs - bathrooms on each floor... and a variety of bedroom options, each with comfortable beds. The house is immaculate and well-equiped. I highly recommend this property, and hope to use one of their properties in Arrowhead or La Quinta in the future.

My brothers, sister & I all chipped in to treat our mom to a nature retreat for Mother's Day - 8 of us total - and we were pleasantly surprised by the interior matching the advertised pictures (encountered a string of rental 'oversells' lately). Beautiful decor, ample space, plenty of provided amenities [may wanna add a pair of tongs & another pan tho :)], a bonus rec-room, great location (Lake Arrowhead Village is just 3 minutes away), and just an overall calming & relaxing environment. Mom (& the rest of us) enjoyed it immensely. And so will you.

Perfect property, perfect location. Plenty of room for our large party while at the same time providing several levels and locations for us to split into smaller, more intimate groups. We enjoyed lots of great food, boisterous family games, and frosty walks through the neighborhood and down to the Village through what was no doubt, the snowiest weekend I have ever experienced in Lake Arrowhead. LVH always provides for a perfect stay.

The home is beautifully renovated with plenty of space. The main floor has a master bedroom with a fireplace and large connected bathroom. You can enjoy a bath in the deep soak tub. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a comfy living room that will fit a few people comfortably to watch a movie or tv with the fireplace roaring They have Netflix and Disney Plus. One story above the main entrance has a kids’ room with four bunk beds and a tv. One story below the main entrance has three bedrooms and one bathroom with another small living room with a fireplace and tv. One of the two rooms with a king bed on the level has a balcony with Mountain View’s. Two stories below the main floor has two additional rooms and one bathroom. Under the garage is the game room complete with a ping pong table, pool table and Xbox. This is a great place for a family retreat. It is about a six minute drive from Lake Arrowhead Village that offers a few restaurants, shops and treats. The Lake Arrowhead Brewery is near the village as well I definitely recommend the beautiful home.

Great rental experience! The property was very well kept and clean inside. The amenities were nice and loved that they supplied lots of towels and linen. The house does have multiple floors though so if bringing little kids just be prepared for them wanting to climb but it was no problem for us. It was actually great being able to give each family basically their own s floor to sleep on with a restroom. We had an amazing family trip.

Great stay in arrowhead. Pictures show an ultra modern place. Lots of modern updates and amenities, but also still had a lot of feelings of a mountAin cabin. Great location and no issues

Our family, with 4 younger adults had a great time at this property! There are plenty of bedrooms, remodeled bathrooms, and a fun game room!! We had great family fun and bonding in the beautiful forest!

Plenty of rooms in the mountains with modern decor. Every room was beautifully decorated. Just needs a better cleaning. Otherwise, a fantastic escape in Lake Arrowhead

House was a great space for 3 diff families with the multi levels it had. The game room was great! Kitchen was pretty stock with plenty of dishes, pans, pots, etc. The parking space can be little scary the way the driveway is. Our front end scraped the ground if your car is not high enough.. But there is space for 4 cars with 2 in the garage.

We had a marvelous time at your B&B! It was perfect for our family and friends. It definitely reminded us of the importance of having all of us under one roof!

Tons of space, great location, fantastic amenities and just a really comfortable space to relax and enjoy yourself. Family is already talking about making a return trip for Christmas. All of us had a great time during our stay. When we were not out and about, the kids and teens stayed in the game room almost the entire time. This gave the adults time to chat and to rest, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely rent it again as all ages enjoyed the home!

With three levels, generous sized bedrooms, and a full bath on each level, this was the perfect place for three generations of family to gather comfortably and amicably 🙂 While there were areas that could use a refresh and spring cleaning, the rooms were decent, beds comfortable, and nicely furnished. If you have any issues with stairs, stick to the main floor.

This property worked perfect for our spring break getaway! We had two families, each with 2 kids 8 and under, and two sets of grandparents. The multilevel set up allowed for each family to have a "floor" to themselves. I will say though, if stairs are a concern for anyone in your group, this probably isn't the property for you. I don't know if its mentioned in the listing, but the very bottom level has two bedrooms separated by a staircase with a shared jack-and-jill bath. But there is no door separating the "bedrooms". This was perfect for us with young kids, but could be an issue for groups without kids. We loved having the game room and how it allowed some of the grown-ups to have some space and time together once the kids were in bed. The kids loved learning how to play ping pong and pool, we made a lot of great memories in that room together! The "camp cozy" with the kids bunk beds is directly above the living room, and the kids loved having their own space and play room to hang out and watch movies. We didn't end up letting the kids sleep there because that room doesn't have central heat, and we were a bit worried about the youngest ones getting up in the middle of the night and being 2-3 flights of stairs away from their parents and the bathroom. (our kids ranged from 4-8 years old). The kitchen had every amenity and tool you could need. There wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't provided. The property is very close to the village, but it isn't a particularly safe walk. The walk was easy, and we did it with all the kids once, however there is one stretch along the main road where the cars drive way to fast around blind corners and there isn't enough space along the side of the road to walk safely (I definitely wouldn't do it with a stroller, and we put the youngest kids on our shoulders) Overall we had a wonderful stay with our friends and families and made memories to last a lifetime. We will definitely be staying at more of Jon's properties in the future, and recommending LVH Rentals to everyone!

This was our first time using this process for renting a home for a vacation and I can honestly say, it was easy, the home lived up to everything that it said it was and our host was wonderful. We went there to spend the Christmas holiday with our family and It was wonderful. The home was decorated for the Christmas which took a huge stress off of us. When we open the front door, there was a decorated and lite Christmas tree and it brought tears to our eyes. Our host Jon Hewitt, was great. He was very prompt when responding to emails, very organized with directions, how the house works and just an overall great experience. Because of Jon, we no longer are skeptical about using this process in the future.

I was happy with the accommodations, but I deducted pts. for the cleanliness. There was residual cooking marks on the cabinet (the pulls were sticky); lower dishwasher rack needs repair (it keeps dropping and difficult to roll back in); laundry room had a bad odor; previous guests' laundry was left in the washer and dryer; caulking around sinks and showers needs touch up; smelled gas in the 2nd level fireplace when turned on; vacuuming wasn't quite up to par (found a blue nail on the rug by the couch); and the walls (especially near the electrical switches) really could use a paint job. For the money - I'd hoped for a "more" cleaner cabin, especially what they charged for cleaning. But overall, the accommodations were great. Plenty of beds for a family of 7+2!
