This lovely house is very convenient and just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. The house is modern and clean, with plenty of space for my family. Loved everything about the house!

This house was perfect for our group visiting the National Parks. It was clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hot tub was glorious after a long day of hiking. We would definitely rebook if back in the area again!

The home was immaculate. The property managers were amazing. You cannot beat. It’s proximity to Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks. Would stay here again anytime.

Absolutely beautiful, modern and comfortable. Just perfect with its two bedrooms and bathrooms and deck. And the view - just perfect. Super close to Sequoia entrance. Very lucky to have found this gem.

The property was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Only a couple miles away from the entrance of Sequoia National Park.Three Rivers was also a nice little town and had good restaurants (Mexican, pizza, American grill, ice cream, brewery with a papusa food truck). Would definitely stay again!

This is by far one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. The location is very convenient to Sequoia NP and just a short drive to local restaurants and the local market. The house was the perfect size for our family. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The coffee and snacks were a lovely bonus. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Little Bear Cottage is in a terrific location next to Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The cottage itself has a nice layout and was clean with comfortable beds. It also has a very nice deck with table and chairs for dining, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Had a question, and the host got right back to me. It is a wonderful place to stay.

This is a wonderful property! The location is minutes away from the National Park and downtown Three Rivers. It is not within walking distance of much and that’s what makes it special. It is serene and the deck is heavenly. You can see the stars from the hot tub and warm up with the fire pit. The home was super clean and minimal which was lovely (even our teen commented on how great it was)! As we like to cook be sure to bring a skillet and spatula as there was only cast iron available. The owner is lovely and kept in touch and answered questions quickly. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you for having us!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were lucky that the access road to Sequoia National Park opened the day we got here! The Sequoia Coffee company had the best lunch and coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gorgeous view. Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Bear! The house is very nice, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. The hot tub was particularly nice after hiking trails in Sequoia NP. On father's day my son and wife made a delicious meal for us, and between some fine steaks from the market nearby and the grill, it was wonderful. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. We didn't fully realize that Three Rivers and the house would have weather quite different from Sequoia NP (much warmer), but the air conditioning was a nice feature at the end of the day! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, cozy house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We booked this house to explore Sequoia and King’s Canyon. The first day we drove up to Hospital Rock and explored. The second day we took the long way to King’s Canyon and Sequoia due to the road closures. We loved being able to come home to such a lovely house. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect, we were able to sit around and talk about our days. And my kids absolutely loved the welcome basket full of snacks. We went to Sierra Subs a few miles down the road and ate delicious sandwiches…. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home; we made many wonderful new memories.

This house was clean, functional, and comfy. The hot tub temp was perfect and we enjoyed expansive views of the sky during sunset. It is 1.5 miles up Mineral King Rd, which gave it a very peaceful and "removed" feel, yet it is close to town for access to meals and ice cream cones :)

Little Bear Cottage is amazing! Our family had a great time staying here. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts are wonderful! Listening to the creek running next to the porch was so peaceful. Our kids had a blast playing in the spa and playing all the board games. The house is decorated so cute, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We definitely plan to come back!

This is a great place for a relaxing “spa” getaway! I booked it for some Girls night out and it was just what I was looking for. Beautiful modern, simple decor inside and nice deck with spa and propane fire pit outside. Would recommend

We loved everything about this home. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The view and surroundings of the house were incredible, but I think our favorite part was stargazing in the jacuzzi. :) thanks for a great stay.

What a perfect location to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs. The cottage was ideal for two couples. Very clean and comfortable, bright and new. A small mixup at check- in was quickly and easily resolved and our entire 4 night stay was a delight.

Little Bear cottage is a lovely home, with great views and very convenient to the national park. The snack basket was greatly appreciated and while we did not use the hot tub, it looked great. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area and we highly recommend it.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay just outside Three Rivers / SNP. Good recommendations for food in town - I would also recommend Sequoia Coffee in Three Rivers. Great coffee and breakfast. The house was 10 mins from the edge of SNP park which we got to enjoy on 2 days. Beds were very comfortable which was wonderful to get some good rest. Thanks!
