The hotel is in a great location on the main shopping street of Sanremo and close to the old town, and the room was a decent size for one person, but may feel a little small for more than one.

I expected far more from a four star hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are not at all soundproof and I frequently heard people speaking in adjoining rooms as well as a dog often barking (and in the middle of the night!). The reception staff did not feel welcoming and barely looked up from the desk. There was also someone else’s hair on the bed when I first checked in. It would’ve been great if the rooftop lounge still operated as a bar.

The attractiveness of the hotel, the location of the hotel which was extremely convenient, the staff were always willing to assist us at any time of the day. The garage service was so convenient, because the chauffeur from the garage brings your car to you at the hotel.

The confort room was excellent and totally renovated - Bathroom was fantastic compare to what it used to be - Also the double bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet Breakfast is well done also

may be the difficulties to park the car in San Remo but the hotel proposes a valet parking service

Nice room, clean but small. Hotel is central and close for the beach.
