Since it was close to the street , there was the sound of the traffic, especially at night

Location is great for accessing the water, small grocer, pizza, laundromat, and cafè. The main bus line from Como S.G. train station stops right in front of the building, which is super convenient. The views were beautiful, bathrooms sparkling clean, and the balcony was a sweet bonus. Jessica was an exceptional host!

Room was a bit dated, but still adequate.

Big room, very clean. Good restaurant at the bottom-floor. Helpful staff, free parking in front of the building. Good price for both restaurant and accomodation. Not sure if it’s a positive or negative aspect, but this location is far from the crowded Bellagio so you won’t get that experience.

No elevator and room was at 2nd floor. Staircase was super-narrow and hard to navigate. The major downside is that the room faces a public square where teenagers gather at dawn and there’s a lot of noise until 1-2 in the night when they go to sleep. It also faces the main street and cars, motorcycles and even the big garbage truck wakes you up super early. The propery is pretty far away from all major touristic objectives (and we knew that when we booked) but we relied on the public transportation … which was a mistake. That bus never arrived when it should. Just a heads-up from this perspective.

Was very happy with our room with giant beams and double balcony’s. Staff super friendly, breakfast good, and room/bedroom kept very clean.

As some guests have mentioned, a bit noisy at times as room was by the main road. We also had some very heavy rain downpours and storms whilst there, but this is of course out of control of the hotel. Location otherwise was perfect and at breakfast, we were given the option to eat outside (so we could avoid sitting in the windowless room other people had mentioned).

lovely rooms, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view! Very nice owner and cafe downstairs serves a full breakfasts! very close to the main tourist cities and great restaurants. 10/10 recommend

a rather pleasant stay with a nice staff and good location along the Como lake , a clean room and a small bathroom in neat condition as well
