Good size apartment. Air conditioning throughout. Cleaning service with towel and bed change half way through the week. Close to Maria pia beach ,which is the nicer or the 2 beaches. The apartment let's you borrow a sun umbrella and beach mats for the duration of your stay which is very handy. Staff were very friendly.Didnt use the pool but I think the opening hours are limited.

The shower unit is tiny. I mean tiny. No shelf for toiletries. Which would be fine is it was big enough to bend down. But that's a first world problem. It wouldn't stop me from going back. The beds are hard and the pillows are lumpy from being washed.Be aware it is a 30 minute walk to the port.

Location is good even though a taxi ride to Old Town €10 as buses were very infrequent. Bed was comfortable . Apt air-conditioned. Kinga at reception very helpful and spoke good english.

Apt looked like it hadnt been occupied for a while. Balcony set not great. Apt needs an upgrade. No toaster, no electric kettle. Shower is tiny and water pressure bad. Walkway to apt quite dangerous as uneven. Beach towels available free of charge but really old and threadbare. If you have noisy neighbours your in trouble as in dogs barking - no sound proofing.

Apartments very spacious and very clean lots of towels. Shower unit was a bit small in size but lovely hot water and had a hairdryer too. Was so near restaurants and bars and beach supermarket about 10min walk . Beach across the road from Apartments. Old Town about 25 min walk along by beach

Had a 2 ring cooker top, only one ring worked to boil kettle could do with a electric kettle and toaster . Everything else was fine.

Good contact with the owners, good price, and location close to the beach. To the center 3km but nice view along the beach.

Small apartment and a very small bathroom in which you can not even turn around. Sofa very uncomfortable. But generally recommend.

Location was good, front of the sea. Balcony was spacious, 3 separate rooms, enough for a family. The man at the reception was kind and helpful with us.

Wifi did not function Shower gel, toilett paper were not enough for 6 people and noone came to give us new ones, towels were not changed. Shower was very old, apartment needs to be refurbished.

next to a beautiful beach (5 minutes walk), shop 10 minutes walk, quite clean. small yard, parking. you can leave things in the storage room, there is also has a toilet, shower, refrigerator . excellent personal

there were a lot of mosquitoes - you need a fumigator.

Pool needs "paravan for changing clothes", and toilette. 1 air condition controller for apartment is nôt enough. Not very nice shower in bathroom

Location was good for the beach with a good walk into the old town of Alghero along the promenade. The receptionist was helpful and had good english.

The remote control for the air con was not in the room the night we arrived and the place was very hot overnight. We did get the remote from reception the following day. The bathroom is very badly laid out - with the toilet almost in the shower! One of the wardrobes contained a spare pillow, which was stained and dirty. The pool was ok but there were very few sun beds and umbrellas around the pool, it also closed for an hour at 1300 each day which was a pity. It was expensive for 1 week at €1200 for a 2 bedroom apartment, even though it was early July. This property needs modernisation and is quite dated-looking, it appears to achieve high rental due to it's location - but has little else to offer.....

Fantastic location close to the beautiful Maria Pia beach. Lovely pool on the premises and good air conditioning in the apartment. Good restaurants and great beach bars nearby

ants were everywhere, even in the bathroom, one was found in fridge, one bedside lamp was damaged (probably faulty cable - one kid experienced the small electric shock when trying to switch on the light). duvets were very old, for beach towels is weekly fee 5 Eur, they are old and they don't change it daily but you are supposed to have them all week, standing shower is tiny

I enjoyed a stay here at the end of May. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. The one thing I was disappointed with was the pool wasn't available at this time😔😔 other than that I enjoyed the experience and will be back.
