Nice location, frequent room cleaning, free parking, nice terrace on top floor.

No air cooling during winter months. Choice was: not to sleep because of lack of oxygen or because of noice from the street (open balcony). In busy hours hard to get elevator and need to go by stairs many floors or wait very long time. Swimming pool and jacuzzi closed after 6pm. Normally swimming pools/jacuzzi work till late evening like 9-10 pm. If you go for day tour, you always come back when it is already closed.

As i am a disabled obese person ,i was a bit concerned about my well being but it was over the top with regards my room,facilities,bars and the reception area people where magnificant in helping me out.

There is literally nothing on my side to complain other than when my time was up yo go home.

В отеле несколько бассейнов, на нижнем уровне открытый и крытый для зимнего использования. Территория открытого бассейна огорожена глухим забором, имеется детский лягушатник с развлечениями. На крыше отеля несколько площадок для отдыха с джакузи и небольшим бассейном. Вода в бассейне Морская. В отеле можно взять в прокат халат за 5€ на весь срок прибывания и матерчатые тапочки за 2€. Полотенце для бассейна выдают бесплатно. Ресторан питания большой, в котором кормят по предварительной оплате при заказе отеля. Несколько ресторан-баров за отдельную плату. Питание разнообразное и довольно вкусное. Ежедневно 5 разновидностей мясных блюд и рыбные блюда, суши, широкий спектр холодных и горячих напитков, включая вино и пиво. В отеле есть большая игровая комната для детей различного возраста. Есть СПА салон за отдельную оплату. Примерно в 300 метров от отеля находится главный Океанариум Мальты. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка, проезд на любое расстояние 2€, расписание доступно в Google карты и на остановке. Особенность, при появлении автобуса необходимо голосовать, иначе при отсутствии желающих выходить водитель проезжает остановки. Рядом с отелем есть туристическое бюро с доступными поездками.

Hotel jest wyjątkowy, aranżacja całego hotelu zarówno pokoi, patio jak i zewnętrznej części zrobiły na nas duże wrażenie. Śniadania przeszły nasze oczekiwanie. Czystość i uprzejmość obsługi hotelu zasługują na uznanie. Chciałbym podziękować p. Arunie która dbała o czystość naszego pokoju. Zaskoczyła nas recepcja w formie pojedynczych stanowiski, raczej niespotykana gdzie indziej.

Windy. Mimo 6-ciu wind czas oczekiwania na nie wydłużał się, szczególnie w czasie posiłków. Brak podświetlania strzałek, czy winda jedzie w górę czy w dół był denerwujący. Poza tym jeżdziły, według mojej oceny zbyt wolno.

Śniadania urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Świeże produkty, proste potrawy robione na bieżąco.

Śniadanie dla osób wcześnie wyjezdzajacyh mogłoby być w formie kanapek, owoca przygotowane dzień wcześniej.

Мне все понравилось. Все было замечательно и в соотношении цена-качество - это лучший вариант на Мальте. Прекрасный персонал и еда и услуги и место расположение за очень и очень приемлемую цену

Die Lobby ist sehr stark klimatisiert. Aber damit kann man gut leben. Ansonsten alles super

Our room was upgraded to a Deluxe . The adults' pool and the surrounding are were fantastic. Reception staff was cordial and supportive when our room was not ready. We would especially like to thank Kauser and Jaqsir-singh for helping in our queries and keeping our room spotless.

Good location. We stayed in the adult pool area and very nice view. Breakfast is very nice with a huge variety.

Noise proofing is an issue given that the hotel is still under construction

Hotel is great and comfortable specially thanks to Janak and his team member Rachana from housekeeping they are amazing and ensured that everything has been nice and clean.

the choice of dishes for breakfast was large, everyone will find something delicious, personnel was fantastic, airline was lost our language but the personnel of the hotel done everything to compensate us for it. Best regards from 725 room. At the room you have all you need - coffee and tea set, iron and ironing board, towels (cleaned daily), free safe, free air conditioning. Floor 11 and the swimming pools and jacuzzi there are amazing. The drinks at the club are fantastic. A very good solution is that the rooftop swimming pool and bar are for people 18+, while on -1 there are more swimming pools, slides and bars intended also for families with children. Beach close by the road. Bus stop right next to the hotel.

The adults only rooftop pool and sun deck was lovely. All of the hotel staff were so polite and helpful.

Rooms were modern but bathrooms are in need of an upgrade.

Staff needs to be trained better. I was told 3 different breakfast times which were all wrong. Chiller in the room was missing and had to ask twice for it. 2 check-in /check out desks for 600 room hotel. Waiting time at front desk takes long to be served

The rooftop pool was really nice, great breakfast, the beds were comfortable, we had a nice balcony overall we enjoyed our stay altough we did not spend that much time in the hotel.

At the check in the hotel asked for our bank card details (all numbers, cvc code so basically anyone could use it) as a deposit for the towels but there was no written document about that method nothing to assure you that they will delete that data when you check out it was really strange and there was no other way to pay the deposit. In the room there was no remote control for the air conditioner which made it uncomfortable to switch it off and there was a telephone with a pretty strong light which is disturbing at night. Also the elevator sistem is quite bad we usually had to wait a lot till one came.

Well, the hotel itself is very welcoming. I loved the lunch and breakfast. Also enjoyed the adults pool even though the music was very loud and the bar is a bit far form the pool area.

Was very disappointed about the lifts as most of the time where not working so we had to take the stairs. And also sound pollution of workers while by the pool.

The food was amazing, so tasty with lots of options! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The roof top pool was amazing and the loungers were soooo comfortable with lots of shade for those of us who are pale.

We only stayed for 3 nights and we were not able to upgrade all inclusive so had to go half board. The reception staff were incredibly rude and never wanted to help or resolve any issues. We got stuck in the lift for 30 mins and only got out because it decided to move again, the lifts were then closed for the rest of our trip after telling staff.

The staff are friendly and professional. I love the way they approach customers. We felt very comfortable and safe.
