Very nice accommodations right in downtown. The host, Gary, was very communicative which made everything so easy. Would definitely come back.

We stayed in the Captain's Quarters at P'town Place and really enjoyed our stay. The West End location was super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and shows (but still plenty quiet for us to sleep). It is walking distance to the bike shop, and a short ride to anything else in town, including the beach and the great art galleries in the East End. The unit had everything we needed for 2, was super clean and comfortable, and Gary was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We would stay here again in the future!

The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and close to everything. Our host Gary greeted us when we arrived & was super friendly & helpful with whatever we needed. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

The condo was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gary was available when needed and had good restaurant recommendations.

This was the second time we stayed in the Captain's Quarters and just like the first it was Perfect! The comforts of home(king bed, w/d, full kitchen) but still vacation living. All that and in an Excellent location with an amazing view from the roof deck. We'll be back over & over again. Thanks!

This condo truly has it all. It is a1BR with a king bed, central air, and a beautiful modern kitchen. The location is perfect as well. The Captain's Quarters is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Provincetown. We have been visiting Provincetown for several years and the Captain's Quarters is now our favorite place to stay. The unit is tastefully decorated and is well appointed. The location is perfect and close to all of the things and places that make Provincetown special. Gary and Jeff are very friendly and helpful and we highly recommend the Captain's Quarters!

The apartment is in a great location, on a quiet street, just off Commercial street, within easy reach of all the restaurants, bike rental and the Stop n Shop supermarket. The apartment itself is light and airy, with all the amenities you could need, a huge king sized bed, and it's own private balcony with sea views. Gary and Steve were the prefect hosts, and made every effort to make us feel at home and ensure we had an amazing trip.

This property was beautiful. Very well appointed with all that a couple would need for a week stay, including a fully loaded kitchen. It is half a block from Commercial Street where all the action is!! As well as a great view of the bay and downtown from the roof top deck! I will definitely stay there again!

From the minute we arrived, we knew we were going to have 2 days of stressless rest The rooms are clean and well appointed with quality bedding. The outside sitting areas , front and back , allow pleasant cooking or just hanging out in a very pretty setting. The decks were great! I enjoyed each level at different times of the day and the panoramic view from the top level was the best! we were able to view Highland light in North Truro , Long Point light and Woods end light all at the same time!! The view of the harbor and the bay is amazing! Our hosts were always nearby and attentive in case we needed anything or had questions. We recommend checking in to the Captain's Quarters in the West end for your next Ptown getaway!

This is a spacious 2nd floor unit, situated in a unique part of the block where perched above the street allows for sweet view of the bay, and people watching on 2 side streets meeting at Commercial street. A quiet spot on the west side. The unit is accurately photographed, complete with all the amenities described, nice central A/C, etc. the kind of place when you walk in it feels "right" and you don't need to change a thing for your stay. Plenty of closet space for more clothes/stuff than anyone should bring on a vacation!

First and foremost.....Gary, thank you for the BEAUTIFUL accommodations! The pictures of your establishment came close but expectations were far exceeded the moment we walked thru the door. Gary happened to greet my sister and I at the door even before we notified him of our arrival. The attention to detail of the accommodations were far better than any 5 star hotel. Location was central to everything and easy to access. Gary was very helpful in giving recommendations to bike rentals, bike paths, restaurants, and coffee shops. When we rented bikes my sister took a little spill in the driveway within the first 5 minutes.....while I stood there laughing at her it was Gary who helped pick her up.....sorry Sis! Thanks again Gary! I can't imagine staying anyplace else. Will definitely stay at any of your rentals in the future.....site unseen! Dorene & Diane

Perfect location -- just close enough to town to feel like everything is convenient, but just a bit outside of the heaviest noise and traffic areas. The unit itself is clean, modern, roomy, and comfortable. Plenty of available outdoor space. The owners are terrific, friendly, and look after their guests. I can't wait to return.

This was the first time that I used this service and it was quite easy. Additionally? The property was lovely. Well appointed, very comfortable, and central to all the goings on on Commercial St. Gary and Jeff were gracious hosts and answered all of our questions!! We would definitely stay there again!!

This was my second stay with Gary and Jeff, and I must say it was just as great as the first. The Captain's Quarters is handsomely appointed and had everything I needed for a long weekend. It's right off Commercial Street and just steps from the Boatslip Resort and just about everything P-Town has to offer. I look forward to staying there again!

Everything was great. I liked that I was given the option to check in on my own time. The location was right down town. It was a great stay.

We can't say enough good things or rate the whole experience high enough. Everything about the whole week exceeded and surpassed everything we had hoped for. We'll definitely be back for more and will always stay in the same place if they'll have us. 👍👍👍
