Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Fluer was extremely helpful. Lovely continental breakfast, freshly prepared each morning. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet location with only a short walk into the centre (about 15mins) Lovely and clean, my room was cleaned each day I was there. Bed extremely comfy and large.

shower head so tight I I thought it was impossible to take shower. at the end I had to contact the manager . no shower gel.

The staff was very helpful and always smiling and they checked us in as soon as we arrived. I really liked the vintage look of the hotel, with pretty decorations. Also, the breakfast was good, served in a cozy room. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which was a major plus.

The room was smaller than I expected and quite old - it hadn't been renovated for a while, as I could tell. There was also a bad smell in the room, but we opened the window a few times and it was ok in the end.

Breakfast is phenomenal, and the room is quite comfy. Removing shoes when you enter the place is a great idea and really loved it. Felt like home.

This is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful old building with lots of character. The beds were super comfortable and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Short walk into the old town which helped us walk off some of the beer/waffles :) Very good value for money.

We were in the city for a symposium that took place in both the city hall, a training hall at the edge of Brügge and a gate house at a third location. This hotel with its small number of rooms, a perfectly prepared breakfast and rooms in a beautiful historical style, was located perfectly at the very edge of the historic district. Our room fit us 4 perfectly and was very quiet even with the windows directed to the street. However most important are the people though: We felt welcomed and all interactions were warm und friendly. Thank you very much for this beautiful stay!

There is really nothing I could think of. We had a great time and couldn't wish for more.
