Comfortable bed, quiet, great location

Professionnels très accueillant et à l'écoute de jour comme de nuit. La chambre était très bien isolée, au calme, spacieuse. Une bouilloire, du café et du thé à disposition. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après avoir rendu la chambre afin de profiter jusqu'au bout de Bruxelles. Idéalement située au centre ville, à 5 minutes à pieds de Grand Place, 10 mins du Mont des arts et 40 mins de la gare. Nous avons tout faire à pied, c'était génial. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
Problème de réglage du chauffage, malgré l'intervention des agents, la chambre était surchauffée. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Mais c'est vraiment pour pinailler !

Great hotel in a great location! Close to Central subway, Grand Place, restaurants, clubs, shopping. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Right in the centre, only a minute walk from the Grand Place
There was quite a steep staircase to the bathroom in our room - it was fine for us but might be an issue if we had accessibility issues

Spotless clean, two-floor room with all necessary facilities. I liked the smell in the common area and the room. It smelled like a sanitized hospital or pharmacy. Great location as well. There are lots of places to eat out just around the corner

The location is amazing. We were able to walk to everything we needed to and the train station to get to the airport was a 3min walk away.
The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable.
We were on the second floor so any noise from the streets could easily be heard at night.

Edo.. the front desk checked in was very nice and friendly. The lady at the evening was not that cozy toward us. Excellent location and easy to find.

Spacious room and comfortable beds. Location is really good, in the centre of Brussels and close to lots of restaurants and sights.
Bathroom was a bit small, with a step down from the room so it could be dangerous at night. The shower had no basin, so the entire floor of the bathroom basically gets wet hen you shower.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Brussels and everything is within reach. The room and the common areas are modern and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is within 5-10 minutes of walking distance.

Very good position, the hotel is really near the restaurant zone and the Grand Place is 5 minutes away by walk.
The staff is very kind and ready to help you
I booked a superior but actually there was nothing of superior, a very small room with just space for the bed and few space to move. The bathroom was very old and a bit dirt due to the years of use. You pay only for the position

Great location, a stone’s throw away from the Grand Place and other attractions
Beds uncomfortable, strange smell in the room, thin walls - could hear the conversations of other people in the rooms next to us, toilet was more of a wet room - would be flooded after a 5 min shower

Excellent location, in the heart of city centre close to nice restaurants and main sites. All within walking distance.
The room and bathroom was very basic and felt a bit like a hospital room...I was asked to provide my credit card to retain 50 euros upon check-in despite the fact that the room had already been paid. The hotel took more than a week to cancel the payment afterwards.

Lovely staff, great location. Comfy and clean, fantastic value. Breakfast was good and had hot and cold options in the buffet
Stayed in December and it was cold out but heating was a bit too hot in the rooms and it is centrally controlled.but I did open a window and that solved it. On one morning I couldn't have a hot shower I presume too many rooms were running the shower or something at the same time
I would stay again and would recommend to others
