De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.
Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd
De kamer. Wat oudbollig. Onvoldoende stopcontacten. Slechts 1 handdoek.
Ik kon de deur niet op slot draaien terwijl er wel een knop was voorzien.
Maar het ergst was het lawaai op de gang. Deuren die werden dichtgesmakt en het lawaai in de naburige kamers. Alsof ik in een chambrette lag met flinterdunne muur. Geen ijskastje. Geen glas om uit te drinken.
Voor de prijs per nacht verwacht men toch iets beter.

Good location
The rooms are very basic not even a kettle in the room as I had a small baby with me and for me to make milk I had to run down 3 floors for boiling water. From 9am in the morning I had house keeping walking in my room this happened twice when my children were asleep. Before check out time the cleaners came in the room whilst I was downstairs getting hot water and started stripping the beds and didn’t give me the chance to get all my belongs together. We were literally kicked out the hotel. We went downstairs and left the reception lady ran after us as we didn’t check out with them. I explained I don’t need to check out as I’ve been kicked out and the staff were extremely rude. I definitely won’t be returning there

Kamer was erg warm alsof en de verwarming aanstond! Personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en niets speciaals, een normaal ontbijt .
De kamer die echt wel te warm was ,en ik kon het venster niet op klapstand zetten dat was blijkbaar stuk .
De matras had ik liever harder gehad ,voor mij was die te zacht

De ontvangst, inchecken ging prima en de kamer was ook prima zo.
Een van de kamers had wel een beetje een riool luchtje (115), verder vind ik toch wel dat er een ontbijt standaard inclusief hoort.

Le manque de prise, le double matelas pour un lit double, l’espace entre les matelas se crée pendant la nuit donc on tombe dans l’espace c’est désagréable

Abbiamo pagato parcheggio custodito ! 9 euro al giorno, non abbiamo usato parcheggio per motivi di altezza di macchina .Hanno detto che rimborsa parcheggio pagato quando partiamo, non siamo rimborsati !

Sold items (like alchohol 0.0% beer) on their digital ordering serice don't reflect the actually sold products. Is it not possible to get a refund for such pruchases.
Not enough sockets in the room, no socket near bed.
Lightbulds are.very dampened leaving room with very little light.
Breakfast is limited and doesnt get restocked often so it is possible not find enough food to eat.

It was fine and good value but a bit of a walk from restaurants if you are there on an evening when they are not serving food. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This was perfect for us as a stop off location on our way through to Germany. A great location just off the motorway to Brussels. The hotel is clean, and has all the amenities you would expect. There are also an abundance of Tesla charging points out the front of the hotel too so very well set up for electric vehicles.
The only things we didn’t like was the €9 charge for parking in the underground car park. I would expect this to be complimentary as opposed to a hefty charge for the night.

room was clean and bathroom, although small, was well designed.
The parking situation is bizarre; if you have a Tesla, no problem.
I stayed at this Ibis a few years ago and there have been some changes that I don't think are helpful; I particularly didn't like the 'automated' QR scanning dining arrangements- maybe it was helpful durng Covid, but the lack of interaction really didn't seem to make things any more helpful for the customer (in fact, the wrong order was initially brought to me), but, on a more human level, the experience was devoid of human contact. Maybe some people would welcome this fact; I personally think , especially if one is travelling alone, that the human element is the more important one.

The room was nice, the beds comfy. The shower was pretty spacious. The breakfast was quite OK. Despite not being in the center, this hotel is definitely a walkable distance away, and there's a lovely park very close to it.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a bit weird and was blowing hot air. We tried opening the window, but the road outside got way too loud to keep it open. So we didn't get a very good night's sleep. I probably wouldn't book again for this reason.

Hotel site is very accessible And easy to find. Staff are kind And helpful. Love to Shop in the mega outlet next to the hotel.
