no a/c it was hot as hell first night didnt sleep at all sweating was supposed to stay 2 nights left the next morning

The location is really beautiful! Our room was like newly renovated, everything looked fresh and new, bed and pillows where very comfortable.

The breakfast is ok but for a 4 star hotel with Michelin Star restaurant a Café au lait prepared with milk powder is a bit a damper. The hotel and the restaurant are otherwise really good.

This hotel is exceptional, the rooms are recently renovated and even the most basic room is perfect, with the best bed and bedding I've ever slept on. I'm going to email the hotel to get the same sheets and buy a new bed, it was that good. The staff are professional and friendly at the same time, the location is absolutely perfect, and the safety and security of the hotel, area and parking make the stay even more enjoyable.

I think a mini bar is a good option especially for the remoteness of the hotel. A spa would be amazing, but other than those little extras, the hotel is exceptional.

We had the most expensive room, but it wasn't very special. TriMen is basically a good restaurant with beds for those who don't feel like driving home. If you haven't a reservation for the restaurant (which we hadn't) the hotel doesn't give value for money. The nice garden is also open for outsiders who only come for the restaurant, and they get a preferential treatment. Staff made us feel unwelcome, restaurant patrons seemed more important. When I complained, the manager basically said I was to blame for not making a timely restaurant reservation.
