Didn’t realise until after booking that the hotel does not have its own parking and that you have to park in a retail carpark which is fine unless it is busy and you can’t dim a space.

Location perfect for a mid way break on the way from Devon to Scotland.

Breakfast was good with choice of cereals or cooked. Enough to set us up for the onward journey! Hotel was centrally located with large retail park adjacent which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The pillows on the bed were very hard and uncomfortable. The cooked breakfast was disappointing, the Cumberland sausages tasted insipid and unpleasant, nothing like anything I recognise as a Cumberland sausage.

location off the motorway great and close to food and shopping outlets. Great can take dogs as opens up a lot more travel and stop overs We even found green areas to walk the dog

Staff were not attentive, we were left standing at reception with two young children at 10pm being ignored before being checked in. one staff member walked past us into the office on his own personal phone and didn't speak to us or check us in. booked a family room but the sofa bed was not made up so we had to make this up late at night before putting the children to bed. it was also extremely expensive for one night stay.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had everything you need from hairdryer, ironing board, iron, plenty of hangers and refreshments.

Stayed here before the desk staff are fabulous. Very welcoming and friendly.

On our last night couldn't sleep for the noise - woken ti loud music playing and doors opening and closing continuously at 2- 3am - very annoying. Didn't mention to reception as those girls are amazing - and didn't want to disturb them. Wouldn't stop me staying there again.
