Love the location good for families. Clean and friendly. Closer to miami beach and to all convenient stores nearby . Highly recommended for future holidays .

The location of the apartments was splendid with a 5 minute distance to the beach. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of tourism information upon arrival. Pool facilities were maintained well. Allowed us to check in early.

Bathroom wasn’t clean…silicon on the shower was covered with moulds. Tiles were cornered with dust. Kitchen cupboards weren’t wiped properly. It’s like the apartment wasn’t cleaned after previous stay. Complimentary coffee and teas weren’t enough with only two teabags and stale raw sugar.

Location is to far from surfers paradise, with out a car. no shops, no cafes. Room have cockroaches in them. Some of the lights didn’t work in the room. Etc Will not be staying there again

The unit was very tired, particularly bathrooms.Whole place Needs a really thorough clean. Beds were OK but lounge was very uncomfortable.

Check in was simple, unit had easy access, good parking for car, staff very friendly & informative. The unit had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Very helpful entry staff member. Assisted immediately with requests. Enjoyed Spa in the rain EACH day. Close to beach for a walk, despite rain. Quiet and lovely outlook over pool through tropical foliage.

TV didn't offer much. Had to use own gear. WIFI not strong, but adequate.

great location with a short walk to the beach. we had everything we needed for our stay. beautiful little home.

the beds were very uncomfortable and left us all with sore backs after springs poking into us for 14 days. we were only given a single sachet to use in the dishwasher. this would normally be okay, however, our first load was to wash the disgusting cutlery and cups left behind that appeared as though they had been put away straight from the previous persons mouths. coffee still sitting in the bottom of cups, food still on cutlery and utensils. we were told that we would have someone come in to replace sheets/ light clean halfway though our stay. this did not occur.

The location was great and the staff were helpful.

Thin, hard mattresses, nothing to wash the dishes with (dish washing liquid and cloths/ sponges not provided). Rusty pots and pans.

unit was not cleaned to an acceptable level, floor un-swept as we needed to sweep the floor when we arrived, bathroom not suitably cleaned with hair on floor, swipe marks from mop was obvious, ,mirrors were smudge, leaking shower hose.

we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. it had previous occupant underwear and clothing.

The location to the beach and short walk to get a few groceries was fantastic.

Apart from the bedding, the apartment needed a good scrub and I mean a good scrub, especially with the environment we are experiencing at the moment. There were finger prints everywhere, the oven door was filthy, the floors and carpet needed to be cleaned properly, we had to sweep the floor, the information booklet was sticky and had coffee cup stains on it and we had to wash that before we even opened it and the kitchen table was disgusting and had to wipe that down before we ate at it and the cloth after doing so was filthy. Very very unhygienic to say the least.
