Super cute resort!! Lovely room and pools!

The towel change being only after 7 days is a bit long and you have to pay if you want them changed any earlier. Bit annoying especially since obviously the beach/pool towels get pretty dirty.

We stay for only 2 night, but it was an amazing time in Port Douglas! The staff was very helpful and kind. We didn't have any trouble with parking. The room was clean. We didn't spend time at the pool, but we were use our hotube on the balcony and it was very nice. I definitely recommend this place!

Everything was okay.

Very comfortable, well laid out and thoughtfully equipped apartment. Great quiet location.

No restaurant- would have been very handy but I managed in the great kitchen.

brought my own balloons and banners to decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which I handed in and agreed with reception that they would put up for when we checked in. when we then checked in nothing had been done to the room that I had asked for and when I asked at reception the staff didn’t even offer an apology for the poor communication, they just handed me back my things. I was left to feel uncomfortable and the staff made no effort at all to rectify the mistake or offer any sort of apology, which is a shame because everything else was great.

The furniture was modern.

The apartment was not clean! The floor was dirty, which we had to sweep. The kitchenware was dirty, and we had to wash before we could use any of it. The bedding was stained, and bath towels and washers had stains on them. A dirty sock from a previous guest was left under the bed in the smaller room, so thorough cleaning of the apartment didn't get done. Upon checkout, I was accused of making phone charges to a number we didn't know when all guests, including myself, have a mobile phone and had no need to use the phone and did not make the calls. Will never stay again.

Room with pool access was nice.

Not very clean, mould in shower grout and stains on sheets.
