The room was nice. There was a little couch and chair and my room looked out over a green area where there were rabbits. I found the room quiet and the staff friendly. While not in the city centre, the hotel is only a short walk from a train station so easy to get around. Classy-looking lobby area. You have everything you need.
My shower head had some clogged jets that sprayed sideways and in my face. There was a light burnt out near the window and dust underneath the bed. I found it difficult to get into the room. You had to use the card, turn the handle, and push with the right amount of pressure. Pillows very small.

Zimmergröße war für zwei Nächte ausreichend.
Zimmer war sauber
Kissen war sehr durchgelegen, kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, es gab nur Duschhandtücher und keine kleinen Handtücher
Das Hotel war der aufgeheizt, inklusive Zimmer (Mai)
Frühstück für 17€/Person empfand ich als sehr teuer.

1) в душі не було гарячої води. Інколи ледь тепла. При цьому, з крану текла тепла.
2) буквально через дві хвилини після реєстрації на дві ночі, я попросив змінити мою реєстрацію з двух ночей на одну ніч через термінову зміну планів. Мені було відмовлено. З мене взяли гроші за дві ночі, хоча це була лише 17 година першого дня і готель цілком міг надати помешкання іншій особі, враховуючи його розташування. Вранці я виїхав. Різницю мені не повернули . Тобто я втратив 83 Євро ні за що.

Lo moderno y práctico que era tanto el hotel como la habitación en sí. Ambiente moderno y juvenil con personal joven y amable. Además intenta cuidar el medioambiente (papel higiénico reciclado, reducción de uso de plásticos, etc.) .
El desayunar allí de buffet por el precio elevado y la variedad no parece compensar. Y esperaba tener algunos amenities básicos (como mini pasta de dientes) aunque entiendo que por mantener unos precios más económicos se recorten en otros aspectos.

10 mins walk from Frankfurter Strasse S Bahn Station - 1 stop from airport and a few stops from the City. Handy garage for provisions. Slept really well as very quiet.

Clean room close to the train station, friendly receptionist. Seamed like a quiet neighborhood.
Convenient to sleep over after a late flight.

First impresion was bad i didnt feel welcome in this hotel. Im working in hotel industry almost 12 years and I know what is good customer service. Staff was unhappy when we ask something. Only girls and receptionist Amir was smiley all the time! I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I can not recommend this hotel, this time. Receptionists should love they work. And it’s impossible to learn. By the way health and safety first . I add picture it’s it’s can’t be like that! Kindly, Laura

It was very clean and had all we needed to be comfortable.
The water of the shower was not heating up very well.

The staff is very friendly. I asked for a quiet room and got the most quiet room there is :) Slept like an angel, had a wake up call, my taxi to the airport arranged and all went smoothly. 10 minuts from the airport.
The ventilation in the bathroom was not very clean. I did not want those ´´mushroom like´´ particles in my air, so I cleaned it myself.
