Reception staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the metro station and in an area away from the hustle and bustle but still lots of nice restaurants and other places in the surrounding area.

Bathroom was very dated with things patched up for a junior suite, the hotel suited our needs and this isn’t a complaint at all just being honest. Despite that we would be happy to stay here again.

The kindness of the staff who was very professionnal and welcoming, the aesthetic of the place, the cosy armchairs with a selection of books in the hotel lobby, all the little attentions in the room to make ourself comfortable...and the location in the city as well with all the conveniences nearby. A very nice place to stay, thank you.

Nothing that I didn't like, it's a very nice place. Maybe should propose as well the possibility to occupy our time while waiting for the elevator which is a little bit too slow, why not a chair to sit down or something else (like a mirror ;-) ? And the possibility to have a coffee/a tea at anytime would be nice as well :-)

The location of the Hotel is superb. Easy access to Metro and neighbourhood shops, cafes, etc.

All the staff were so friendly (and very patient with my attempted french!) Despite having two flights cancelled, there was no problem extending our stay and we even received a discount on extra night. We were made to feel very welcome and we were sad to leave. Location was good - we walked pretty much everywhere but it was very close to the metro. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony and we discovered that we could even see the Eiffel Tower! (Albeit a glimpse!) Breakfast was basic but plentiful, fresh and delicious. Would recommend and return. Thank you! X

Bathroom needs a little updating but still clean and functional. Besides, the dated decor adds to the charm!

The room was beautiful and I loved the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, tea in the room. I could leave my luggage the last day. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, not very special (and not like the pictures). Very close to the city centre.

The shower turned cold after one minute. But I don't have any other complains at all!

Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very kind. Bed was comfortable for me. It was nice to have a bottled water in my room every day.

On a photo, the room looks a lot bigger but it was tiny. Also, the outlet is old and made a strange noise when I plug in my laptop. The toilet in my room did not smell good.
