No heating no hot water for 2 days out of 3 days of staying

I appreciated that there was a second door separating the bedroom from the entrance room providing efficient noise protection

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The area was quiet but was close to good transport links. The reception staff were very helpful.

There was a lack of toiletries in the bathroom- no shampoo or conditioner. No shower cap or even proper soap. Room was small but adequate. No downstairs area to sit as hotel being renovated. Breakfast was fine but hot drinks were luke warm and no decent coffee/tea. Needed more fresh fruit and variety of cereal.

the breakfast was excellent with selection of fruit, juice, hams, cheese and croissants. The wifi was the best wifi I have had in an hotel ever. Staff very friendly and helpful!

if anything, I would give the option to keep the towels more than a day as they were always changed regardless my clear signs I wanted to keep then

Room

Cost of breakfast. At 19Euros we didn't have breakfast! There appeared to be no signs for the hotel at street level from the direction we approached, only 100ft up. We found the car park by chance as there are no signs on the approach to the hotel.
