everything else, no offer of wifi password, dirty old room, ensuite bathroom is a toi toi with plastic shower, car parking felt insecure, no lights in the common area!!

run down property. light did not work in corridor. used torch to find our room. little kind of cabins as bathrooms. rooms so tiny you fall onto the bed when opening door. tiny tv with French channels only

There were lots of males hanging around outside the hotel when we arrived drinking and being very loud until the early hours. The room was clean but very old and needs updating. The bunk bed was of poor condition with loose ladder and dirty fixtures on the ladder. The shower unit leaked into the bedroom which caused damage to some luggage we had on the floor. Towels were poor and was only given two although three people were booked in to stay. Little lighting worked in the hotel corridors leaving them dark, uninviting and lacking security. Lastly we were woken up in the early hours by people outside the front of the hotel again before we departed on a long drive.

The hotel was as described and really busy but the staff still had time for our questions.

The location was a little out of the way but there are free busses and cannot fault the area.

Don't ask to use the toilet before check in. Don't turn up before 2pm - expect to be told off & won't let it drop. I told you so etc. Gave up & got an early ferry. Got a good discount on the menu next-door.

Better info on getting there without a car. There were barriers every where on surrounding roads Doors very noisy when closing. No kettle etc in rooms

Tiny room, not clean and needing repair. Noisy until 3am and then again from 5.30am with people outside. Not comfy. No security to get in. If you are on a strict budget then this is fine but for anyone else - pay a bit more and go to campanile next door, it must be better.
