Great room; wonderful sea view

Service in restaurant displayed inadequate number of staff and lack of training

From the arrival to departure we could not fault this beautiful hotel .the staff are its biggest assest

Beautiful room with an awesome view right on the beach. Most of the staff friendly.

Some of the staff I found a little unfriendly, maybe she had a bad day. Getting the bill took a little too long.

Bizarrely the toilet roll holder is locked and very difficult to get at. Bring your own.

we have stayed at this property 4 times, nice location, but rooms on 2nd floor have not a private balcony, Also shower in Bath not ideal for over 70's Rooms could be upgraded a bit as they are very comfortable but need decoration.

The location was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to access town center and the rest of Brittany.

We wish there was at least one operable window. The bath/shower setup was challenging.

The setting was magnificent, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant, bar and terraces stunning. We stayed in 3 different rooms: on our arrival date we were in room 1, a deluxe room, which was much too small. The next day, we were moved for 5 nights to the Glenan suite, a large apartment one floor up with a large living area, a nice bedroom with a king-size bed, a decent main bath, and a small second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a small bath. The suite had an enormous private terrace. Except for the tub and shower floors, which were very slick, the suite is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve experienced in Europe. We spent our last 2 nights in room 3, a junior suite on the ground floor. It was smaller than I like, but acceptable for a couple of nights. The footing in all three tubs, and the shower in the Glenan suite, were treacherously slick. The hotel really needs to correct that condition before a guest slips and is seriously injured.

wonderful position and gorgeous private balcony

the entrance and bar area were scruffy and not not up to standard. the lift stank of fish and cheese. I complained but nothing was done. the hotel parking was a long way from hotel up a steep hill.

The view was great, straight out over the beach. The room was modern and clean.

There was only on street parking and the room was on the small side.

The balcony is shared with the floor, they should have put barriers. Also the shower head was terrible.

no private parking close to the hotel, not easy to park quite far from the city, you should rent a bike the air con was not working very well, it is a bit old the bed comfort is average the seafood smell in the elevator and stairway coming from the restaurant kitchen

2nd time at hotel for us- this time for our anniversary. Everything was perfect, our rooms and our dinner. Staff was nice too.

Great location, lovely restaurant. Friendly & helpful staff.

We were allocated room 106 - very small - ok for a day or so but small for a holiday. Breakfast quite expensive for what was provided.
