Great location in the city centre but on a quite street. You have everything in a walking distance but should you be very lazy you have a 24/7 shop right next to the building; there is a great pastry shop that works every day from 08:00 on the same street; there is a market for fresh fruits and vegetables on the other side of the street - really perfect location. The bulding is new and very secure. One can enter only with a code, you are two more doors with a code away from the street, so you can really feel safe here. The appartment is so stylish, a pleasure to stay in. It was extremely clean, everything is perfectly clean. The bed is so comfortable. There is everything you could need in there: a coffee machine, a washing machine, a kettle, plates, cups, even pans and similar for cooking. There is a laver in the bathroom. Really i couldn't think of anything that i might need and it is not there. Bathroom is very convenient, too. You have a space in the showet to put your toiletries, like a small shelf. The whole.place is really well thought, decorated with love to the details. View from the window is very good. You see the cathedral in front and the market below. The place is very quite, we didn't hear any noice neither from the street, nor from the other tenants in the building. There is the possibility to use a parking slot. This slot is in a closed parking that can be opened only with a remote, so your car is safe there. The owner is extremely nice and attentive. She showed us how to enter the appartment and where to park. She has left us two water bottles.in the fridge. This was a great surprise after the ride in the heat. So really, i can only recommend this place. This is so much better than a hotel room, i doubt it that you will find better value for your money in Varna.

Exceptional interior, with a great view. Very clean, easy to access and perfect location. Very comfortable furniture, fast WiFi, big boiler and all other required amenities. Really helpful and kind host!

Bathroom is a bit uncomfortable (small), but not an issue. There could be a change of towels/bedsheets available since there was no cleaning included (and no washing machine), but these were provided upon asking the very helpful host.

Very nice and spaceous room with view to the church. Small balcony for breakfast or coffee. Kitchen with cutlery and equipment for cooking. Included two bottles of water. Walk distance to city centre and a mini street shop + fruit and vegetable market outside the door.

No table on the balcony. Would be better with black-out/ sun block curtains on all windows.

This apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly outfitted for our stay. The space was impeccably clean, and the view was great. Great communication and a very friendly host!

Please be careful if you book the studio with the terrace. Two studios are sharing one terrace and if the guests are strangers, studio 1 is with no access. This is perfectly fine if you notice this in advance. Advice to the property - please mark this better in the property profile.

My room was so stylish and comfortable, I LOVED it! Maria was super easy to get in contact with and was very quick to reply even though she was away, she was great :) Great location, and I had an amazing view from my balcony, I highly recommend this place!

The only thing to note would be the water pressure in the shower, it’s very light!

Maria, the host was very kind and helpful! Place was very clean and comfy, we had everything we needed there, even wine glasses. We could get fresh veggies and fruit from the market downstairs and enjoy breakfast with the view on the beautiful church.

The only issue was with the parking because one spot was already taken, but Maria explained us how to use the public one. It’s very cheap and you can manage it with an app.

Very nice stay! I can 100% recommend! Everything was clean, the equipment was modern. Everything you need is here - from iron to tea :) But the best was communication with hostess ❤️ If it was some problem, she always helps you and respond in a minute. Really nice and reliable communication!🥰

The studio is so cosy and beautiful that you wish to just stay all day inside! The view of the cathedral is amazing! The host - Maria was very helpful at every stage of our stay - even offered to help find car repair when our car was broke.

A bit noisy from the big boulevard, but it’s worth it!

There is only 1 parking space for 2 apartments. if it is not available, it can cost up to 18 euros a day.
